Just had my first bowl of Stokkebye Luxury Navy Flake in the Caminetto Bidness. Good stuff.

I have the same problem with Brown Flake and Special Latakia Flake. Friggin' Berg sent me some, the jerk that he is, and now I'm left aimlessly searching in the darkness for even a glimpse of a single tin. Germain moves in mysterious ways, I tell ya. My B&M got three Esoterica products the other day. That's it, just the three, and no regular Germain, and no word of when the next shipment will be or what it will contain. :msty:

So I'm smoking Special Latakia Flake in a Neerup. :) It's raining and occasionally thundering here, and the foliage is damn near at full growth now. We've really had a very nice Spring, exactly what you'd hope for in Alabama this time of year. Now what we do is see how many more weeks of nice, moderate, Springtime temperatures we can get before we plunge into the mire of a 95˚F+, five month long summer. I've got my hopes up that we don't see the mercury get above 95˚F before June gets here. Here's hoping.

Just back from my wife's surprise birthday it's the 31st annual 29th birthday this Tues but hey we got nice neighbors. Smoked the Tim West with Anni Kake when I went to let my dog and my friend 12 y/o Weimaraner out, ours is the same breed but he's 9 y/o. All the presents have been carried home and now I'm pondering a bit of AoTM in the Rock Cob.

What on earth is AoTM? I've seen you post it quite a few times, and I can't imagine what it would be. You folks are killing me with the acronyms!

Ha! This reminds me of a woman I know who lived in Oakridge, OR, and they were all the time having these big, ridiculous mountain biking events in her town. Guys and girls in spandex, smoking pot, playing loud music, and just generally being degenerate hippies, all while having a bicycle event. And of course the bikers had the town's blessing because they were bringing revenue to the town. Man, she used to go on and on about it too, really made her mad. She said the PNW now is a mighty different place than the PNW she grew up knowing.

    Afternoon, fellows.
Bayou Morning in a new-to-me Jirsa Rhodesian.

I was a little upset with myself for bidding on this pipe. The minimum bid won, and I was regretting my bid before it won. However, the pipe was barely smoked when it arrived yesterday. Engineering was perfect. And it just smoked the inaugural bowl down to the proverbial white ash. I think I'll keep it.

AoTM=Angel of the morning, which is what I was listening to when I first came up with stacking 2/3 bowl with
Plum Cake and the 1/3 with Anniversary Kake I posted after writing it 3 time it would be known as AoTM hence [IMG]. :D

So, are degenerate hippies the ones that use soap?

As a boy, and also a young man (what used soap mind ya), what I perceived the mindset of Oregon to be was that of a liberal, forgiving, accepting yet all the while independent and self reliance focused state.
