Sherlock's. Chopin. And about 100 pages of reading. But it's an interesting book. Hope the kiddos agree!

I was joking about the "degenerate hippies" part. I go to Phish shows, for gods sake. But yeah, you summed up my friend's feelings quite well, I think. That Oregon was always liberal, forgiving, accepting, etc., but that it has lost some of those frontier qualities of independence that you mentioned and gotten more into urban, trendy stuff, what I think of as "yuppy" type stuff. I don't know, hard to describe what I mean, but it's just interesting to hear about the PNW, because it's a beautiful region of the country that I've not visited yet, but am very interested in.

Interestingly, due to a quirk of body chemistry when I was reduced to quarks, I also repel bugs when dissolved and burned. [IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG]

Finishing Black Lung in the Sav prince. Next up is Bull Run in my Rekamepip maplewood tank. :bing:

I HATE that tobak and it was the only tobak I smoked for nigh on 20 years with most of it being consumed in cobs and I choked down at least 200 lbs of that nasty stuff in those years. ;)

I'd like this twice if I could, just for Chopin.

The family went for a hike along one of Toronto's ravines today where I smoked a bowl of FMOTT in my Pete bulldog.

Thanks. I just got the Chopin disks in the mail yesterday. Five disks--gently used--for eight bucks. Couldn't resist.

Small world, when was the friend you mentioned in the earlier post in Oakridge? I lived there for 12 years but left about 20 years ago. I really did like it there. No matter where you lived you could leave home and be hunting or fishing in 15 minutes. I have lived in Oregon my whole life and never had any great desire to go anywhere else.
