Well I came on here about an hour ago to make PSF report :cfsd:
Went to the local Co-op for some Cider supplies for tonights Curry met Mick who was booked for the Curry but he's got to take one of his guitar lesson pupils to an X factor session recording as their family car has gone belly up, the Currys on hold, as he's a day off Monday, anyway they're always better the next day :th1:
Sat out side in the front garden in the sunshine and thought I'd better test the quality of the Cider
    [IMG]
on filling the clay there was a noticeable cake building so I knifed it off
    [IMG]
what a difference it took far more tobacco
    [IMG]
so Beer and a pipe or two in the sunshine
    [IMG]
tried the Speckled Hen to check that was OK, I think the Bear did as well

Thanks for the tips on Sail. I think I'll get a pouch of the Yellow.
I have wanted to try Sail for a while now.

Is the Natural American Spirit a pipe specific blend? I have had their cigarette brand and remember enjoying it.

    Procrastination is the game today.
Honey-do list or reflection (sit and smoke).
Do nuthin' of consequence (sit and smoke) or the SWMBO list.

Living life on the edge I've gone for a bowl of G&H Louisiana Flake in the "Uncle Paul" oom paul and another cup of "flavored" coffee (-:

Nice out today before the rain comes in. 67F 19C slight wind. Was forced to try some Penzance in the falcon, sitting out on the front stoop in the sun. Pretty good Sunday.

I should add that it's a Rock Cob , not a MM Cob I'm smoking . i'llalkso add I'm blow away by it . It's a great smoker .. I thought a rock would get hot and smoke hot ... what do I know . Being mine is a sitter , it's perfect for the porch .It is now the official Ruffinogold SWR morning pipe . The great thing is ... is anybody bother me while I'm enjoying my pipe on the porch .. I can throw it at them and knock them out and have some peace and quite :beck: ... Thanks Rekamepip :)

GH Kendal Kentucky in a Falcon. Just had a long Skype chat with Mrs buistd, who is back in Arizona visiting her folks. She opened my box from P&C which contained 1 tin of MacB Burley London Blend, 1 tin of MacB Golden Extra, a packet of Half and Half and 50 cigars being sold as part of the Vintage Cigars Humidor Wars package. Still not sure what brands they are, but the 25 I saw looked pretty enticing. I have to wait until Sunday next week til I get the cigars when Mrs buistd comes home, and May 14th for the pipe tobacco which her dad is bringing over when he comes to visit. I hate this expression but - happy days!

    Cigarette tobacco - shag cut

sure wish they would jump on band wagon and make a pipe blend - so it would be cheaper !

Sitting back with my old Peterson Silver Spigot o3s that used to be ebony black but has had the finish worn off many moons ago. Escudo and a Meyer Lemon tea. Phone call from an ice climbing friend prompted me to try some pushups head down on the stairway, have to get back in shape is all I'll say about that. Snowing over last night's ice buildup. -3C(26F)H95%. No hummingbirds here.

I started off hauling Carter in a cob, then I stuffed him in a bulldog. Still hitting the spot with my black coffee.

doing a little yard work with a main focus on burning sticks. Some Nightcap in a straight Washington is a real nice compliment to the fire.

I love the stippling on that, and the color of the stem. That is a really cool pipe. :th1:
