Congrats, JD! Three words: Designated Smoking Room

I believe I just had the most irritating day of my life!
One annoyance after another at work. To top it up,
I get out to the car for the drive home, light my Falcon,
go to adjust the sun visor sideways, smack my pipe,
and send half a bowl of FVF flying everywhere!
Then, my lighter wouldn't light. Sod it!!
Now, I'm sipping Highland Park 12 and considering
having a Condor moment. Lord knows I need one.

My last bowl of Kajun Kake, it's alright, just not for me. I am savoring this last bowl though. I may buy a tin and cellar it to see how it does.

Evening All. Esoterica Blackpool in a Sav Miele billiard. This is the one with Liquorice essence added - its extremely subtle (read he's not sure if he can detect it at all but would hate to call an emperor naked) but a good smoke nonetheless. Thanks to Spill for the sample

    Congratulations! That's an achievement.

Now for the would be codgers that had to drop out, It’s no big deal. Many pursue cogerdom but the truth is that it just “happens”. I have been a codger since the age of 46. (It’s true, my kids will tell you.)

Now a few tips if you want to prepare for the event are…wait a minute, I’ll be right back.

Hey you, yah you! What the hell have I told you about cutting through my yard ya little bastage? Get back on the…hey, I’m gonna come out there and break that finger off!

OK, where was I? Oh yah I remember. Like I was saying University Flake in a Stanwell with a cold glass of…dammit, I said get out of there…

Kids having kids and buying houses. Bah. Codger moment over. Congrats. Enjoy the changes.

First bowl of Summertime 2012 in an anonymous bent meerschaum. I admit that the description of this tobacco inspired fear in me. Coconut, vanilla and lime. Not bad, not bad at all. One complaint, the picture of the drink on the tin is wrong, missing one of those little umbrellas. But using a churchwarden as a straw is good for a grin.
