Made 55 the day before yesterday and reached 200 just now. This calls for a minor celebration! I´ll have to make a fresh mug of coffe (have som delicious beans imported from Italy that my youngest son gave me) and fill up a brand new cob with... MacB:s Virginia No. 1. Happy times! Then I´ve got a lot - work and other things - on my schedule befora I can sit down on my balcony again and just enjoy beeing around.

Good morning everybody. Firstly I want to thank the great members of this forum that showed support from my last post, What a great bunch of guys on here.
I am smoking carter hall in the Black forever stemmed CG. I am up early because I am giving my life an overhaul, with a new schedule. Including a 3 AM run. But don't worry future Mdaws and the Pipe fans (The name of my future band) I still have guitar practice scheduled in there.

I've started my 'day' with the usual strong mug of 454 HP coffee, assisted by a large cob full of Maltese Falcon. I like MF but haven't been particularly impressed until I had it in the cob. Suddenly I really like it as opposed to "it's OK". This one is definitely better in the cob.

Good morning everyone! I've been having connectivity problems, so I'm on my phone. First pipe of the day for me is PS LTF in my MM Spoolcob. Of course, I'm drinking black coffee. Have a great day everyone!

Nice photo, Hofnar! I haven't seen such leafy trees in a long time.

We have a lot of trees here in Tucson, but they're not very leafy ...

After many months on PSF, I've learned there's no way to make a mistake here when it comes to tobacco selection.

Except for M79, of course. That's a mistake. :xd:

Arose at 05:00 today, rather early for this retiree. 1st pipe today was a Stanwell petite rusticated billiard with Uhley's 00. Usually i post a picture of the pipe i'm smoking, but this old gal requested to not be photographed. She has spent the last few decades in my stream bag and on the dashboard of the fishing cars; weathering these circumstances with grace. The final insult, however, was putting her through the wash cycle, how she came to be there is a mystery. Photo OPs are denied.

Starting the day with the usual OTC (this time Half & Half in a cob with strong black coffee. OTC's are my choice during the workweek 'cause they're good, easy smoking, no non-sense blends. Only ones available here are CH, H&H, PA, SWR and SWRA. Weekends I smoke mainly Mc C's VAs, Mac B's Plumcake and a couple of Boswell blends. I still like to experiment and will order a tin of something I haven't tried everytime I place an online order. I tried a sample of Royal Yatch (thanks Snake) and will have to order a tin in my next purchase.
