McClelland's 24 Virginia in a maple burl Dublin. Desertpipe and I found 2007 vintage 100 gm tins of this at a Navajo smoke shop last fall and I just cracked the first one tonight. Slightly moist and lit with a single match. Very smooth. Jasmine green tea and a Mary Steeburgen flick on DVD.

Copenhagen is in Denmark. The tobacco is actually from Heidelberg which is, in fact, in Germany. My mistake.

Dozed off after dinner, time for something different, So it's some Escudo with Pirate Jim, and ice tea in the BGM (One does have to maintain some consistency)

Thanks to PipeSimmo, I'm smoking HU Oriental Sunrise in a late '70s full bend straight grain rough top Savinelli Autograph 6 sitter with a cumberland stem. Figured it was time to smoke it in a big bowl, and I haven't smoked this pipe in some time. Ice water chilled to the proper temperature with tuxedo wearing icebergs is my drink. The icebergs are celebrating the birth of baby icebergs, though they wouldn't if they knew what was going to happen to the whole durn family. ;)

Listening to MLB talk on the XM, and catching up on some reading while I smoke Great Outdoors in a 1979 medium bend etch relief meerschaum lined TinderBox Arabesque. Still drinking ice water.

Got caught up on reading all the posts from overnight and just finished a bowl of hot Barley with nuts, fresh picked berries, honey and flax seed. It was supposed to be oatmeal, but my wife can't read dutch and she ended up with barley, not all bad. The cobs are ready to go with Plum Cake and pouring a large black coffee with a double shot of expresso. So now ready to enjoy a nice sunny Friday here in The Hague.

I rarely smoke indoors but... I was sitting on my balcony with my morning tea (Koh-I-Noor), rereading a Sjöwall/Wahlöö novel while listening to Nathaniel Rosen playing Bach´s cello suites and smoking a bowl of Capstan Gold Navy Cut in a MM Legend when it started raining.
I first read "a bowl of hot burley with nuts, fresh picked berries etc..."

edit. Almost forgot to mention that the novel I was reading whas The Man on the Balcony... Well, it seem to have stopped pouring down now so I´ll get back to it.

Went well thank you. Half expected to mess it up somehow. Nice mild flavour with a good nic kick. Was surprised ay how long a smoke I got for so little tobacco.

Good morning everyone! It's Friday! I've started my day with black coffee and Davidoff Flake Medallions in the Coveted by MDaws79 Suffolk Silver Banded Straight Pot Briar.

In regards to rekamepip's earlier assertion that we Dawson boys will smoke anything. I'm game. You posted two pictures of the best looking ugly pipes I've ever seen! I'll try and smoke one, if you think it'll help you out...
