Woke up late and pressed for time. 5 Brothers in a Lark with some grapefruit juice to drink.
Moving on to a nice bowlful of Revor, this time in standard Pete 303. Chicory java's still flowing...
Coniston Cut Plug in a standard Falcon / Billiard bowl.
CH in the MM Legend
LBF, gbd bulldog. That is all.
Following up last nights bowl of Stonehaven in my Rekamepip poker I loaded up some SG Squadron Leader in my Basil Meadow's Bullitt Proof Cob this morning with some Maxwell House coffee blonde and sweet. I'm going to have a PSF weekend and only smoke the pipes I purchased from talented members from this forum. On deck is my DGE Nosewarmer. Y'all have a fine fine weekend! Continuing prayers to Wrightwood John and his family for their safety.
Preseason King T. Congrats though, it was a good game.
Enjoy ! Try to keep that " spry " look at least until it'd time to drink
SWR in a Abbeys Own [ Ft. Meyers Fl ] curvy bent .. Coffee
Breaking in a Walker Briarworks nosewarmer cob with some PA!
Neat little pipe!
Morning PSF. Revisiting an old friend this morning - Dan's Blue Note, in the BST slightly bent apple. This was one of the first aromatics I tried after joining PSF, based on some enthusiastic recommendations here (Mington, I'm looking at you), and it holds up very nicely. Activities slated for today are cleaning up my den/smoking room and re-organizing the cellar - I know life is hell isn't it. Happy Saturday all
Thanks to PipeSimmo, I'm smoking HU Tobacco's Edward G. in the Squatch volcano. What with the Directors Cut, the Strang ( ) and this Edward G., I think Simmo's been getting me educated into enjoying perique mixes. I'm quite liking this bowl, though I think the perique would have put me off even just a month or two ago.
Best Brown in an old Pauls Pipe Shop Oil Cured Billiard...Pipe was MIA for six months till this morning. Glad I found it.
Kendal Plug in the MM Mizzou with plum Forever Stem which accompanied Levi and I on walkabout, one of the few tobacco's that will endure the walkabout in such a small bowl, had a new tin of Elizabethan Mixture and the Tsuge Tankard for back up but both are now secure as I am home enjoying PRM # 9 I believe.....
Peterson Irish Oak in my new Peterson Dracula X105. watching The Horror Of Dracula.
about to listen to:
Well, caught up again. We'll see how long that lasts. I'm just finishing this bowl of J. F. Germain & Son King Charles High Class Smoking Mixture (not that I fancy myself as high class or anything) in my DGE Briar Nosewarmer. Still drinking black coffee. I've fired up the Weber Kettle to grill a couple thick cut pork chops for lunch. We'll enjoy them with a heavenly macaroni salad.
Because last weekend was open a new tin weekend, I opened the tin that I'm smoking from now. A square tin. I don't have any luck with keeping tobacco moist in a square tin, so this morning I jarred the rest of this blend. Now, no worries! Have a great Saturday everyone!
Also thanks to PipeSimmo, I've now got Pfeifen Huber English Balkan simmering in the Kaywoodie PSF POY 2013. Very nice latakia in this without being heavy on the "incense" orientals.
just came in from one last bowl of kickin chicken by the shore, watching the waves hit the wall. now its time to see whats for dinner!
Been a busy am. Finished the yard work ( no casualties) with Boswell burly in my Rekamepip.
This thing smokes like a Champ.
Glad you like the tobaccos dBear!
I'm at my brother's, we're just about to have a Barbeque, my Country Gentleman is loaded with Solani ABF . Happy smoking all!
Devil's holiday in the Grabow. It is hot and sticky today. Ran my errands for the day and I'm planning on kicking back with a few pipes and a good book. Tacos for lunch in a bit.
