I'm over half way finished with this bowl of Golden Age in a straight 1978 black sandblasted Sir Brent billiard with lucite stem and silver band repair on the shank. I was busy writing a review of it and Maple Street. So, back to work I go until I list my next smoke. Listening to MLB talk on the XM .

Gave Clan another go yesterday evening and while I still don´t know it was a good smoke. I guess that sometimes plain vanilla is fine. Now I´m going down to the kithcen to brew a pot of Kooh-I-Noor and make me some toast and then I´ll decide which cob to start the day with and what to fil it with.

It's time for a little rum, so I'm smoking Barbados Plantation in a 1979 no name French briar smooth full bend egg. I'm starting to get into this blend, even though I prefer VaPer mixtures.

A strong black coffee, McB VA Flake in the MM Diplomat on a beautiful sunny Sunday morn.

MacB:s Scottish Mixture in a bent MM Legend and strong tea. Not a bad way to start the day. Yesterday we had rain and a thunderstorm but today I may very well sneak away to the golf club a couple of hors.

Another sweet smoke. This time, it's Maple Street in the third pipe I ever bought ($1.95), a 1974 smooth straight French briar Hadley Apple. Finally quit work for the night and am reading baseball box scores.

Finishing up a second bowl of Stonehaven with Pirate Jim, he seems relatively happy, and ice tea before sleepy time calls

Good evening, folks. My late night smoke this fine Saturday night is Stonehaven in a Squatch. Ahhhh. That's almost poetry.

I'm going to buy a plane ticket to the UK and take a boat to Jersey and just buy up five pounds of this and five pounds of Special Latakia Flake. I could smoke only those two tobaccos and be happy (not that I would, but I could). C'mon Germain, send more tobacco! We'll buy it!

My last smoke before sleep is Blue Danube in the very first pipe I ever bought ($2.95) in 1974; a smooth three quarter bend Dr. Grabow Omega. I finished reading the box scores and have been spending some time playing around with Suzy and Molly. Both are learning how to catch earplugs and bringing them back to me. But now, they are rasslin' and fighting over one. I think all three of us are easily amused!

I'd been looking into whether this stuff was any good, but surely to god, if a fellow PSF'er is buying it in that sort of bulk, it must be worth a go!!!
