Well--its Sunday evening and I have a few more things to accomplish.
HOWEVER--my plan is to load up my 1965 Dunhill Shellbriar bent billiard with rubbed out Stonehaven and enjoy a massive glass of green tea.
I love planning a REAL break in life to just pull away for a little. So as I tinkered and worked around the house again today I thought---Lets plan another special pipe smoking evening.

Been so busy I forgot to list my smoke, though I'm nearly done with it. Kendal's #7 (thanks Flatbush Paul) in a 1970s slight bend black sandblasted Comoy's Silver Cloud 624. A bottle of Pepsi made with pure cane sugar has been my drink. Not sure what to drink next.

I vote for pure cane sugar Dad's.

(Or if I was a groovy beatnik - I vote for pure cane sugar, daddy-o.) (Don't forget the bongos in the background.)

Smoking remnants in a Peterson that I really like. I decided I had some money I could spend today and was going to buy a pipe, but after spending a long time looking, I couldn't find the pipe I wanted. I guess I should do something responsible with my money anyway.

Yes, you're quite correct. You should put that money aside until you do find the pipe you want. :bing:

I'm smoking the last of my stash of HU Edward G. in a 2001 medium bend straight grain Karl Erik freehand with a silver ferrule. It was fun while it lasted. Many thanks to Fishnbanjo for the tobacco. Another blend smoked down. More to follow!

"Strang" in a Radice Twin-Bore, my 1st Rope venture.
Excellent stuff, slow burning with great flavor. Like a high octane Burley.
From Pipesimmo to Rekamepip to me.
Thank you both very much! :toast:

That seems the most sensible thing to do. I definitely wouldn't let the other half know that you have money set aside for something. :byg:

Ebony in a Falcon. Tall cold mug of Coke as the choice for my drink. Needs some beam in it.

You buy that bulk or tinned, DS? I've been wanting to get some but I didn't know if the bulk was as good.

I've had both, and never noticed a real difference.

I'm a winter person. Give me 20 below and five feet of snow or give me death!

Hal O' The Wynd in a Dunhill Shell LBS. Just about dinner time here.
