Great dinner and dessert should be followed by good tobacco, which in this case, is Onyx in a 2003 full bend big bowl egg shaped Lattice meer.

A Falcon Hyperbole full of MacB Plumcake, a mug of French press coffee, and the musical Oliver on TV. Once again, your stalwart defender of Western civilization is manning the watch.

CH in something other than a cob? WHAT KIND OF WITCHCRAFT IS THIS?!?!?!

Actually I'll have to try CH in a briar and meer sometime, it's just so good in a cob though!

Evening PSF. Quick smoke tonight so some P&W #191 in a Kaywoodie 45C Super Grain. It's a great little pipe and the stinger has never caused any issues.

We just got done watching the Merry Gentlemen episode of All Creatures Great and Small - part one of our Christmas traditon. Next up is listening to Dylan Thomas reading his A Childs Christmas In Wales. Since we are visiting family for Xmas Day we are doing Ours a day early. Seasons Greetings!

Summer came back with a vengeance yesterday. After a hot, sweaty, mosquito-filled night, SG BBF in a Pietenpauw billiard. Now for a day of prep work for the Christmas feast tomorrow.

I seldom smoke back-to-back bowl of the same blend, but this just seems appropriate. The last bit of my first tin of SG Kendal Cream Deluxe is now lit. It almost made for a full cob, but not quite.

We went to the cabin that the in laws are renting , to have dinner . It was very nice .. then I stepped outside for a bowl of SP Black Cav in a Grabow bulldog round shank ... lovely . I'm down to a half oz of SP BC ... bummer . I've been tured onto two very nice black cav blends by a couple of PSF members . One is Mohawk , that I believe is a rebranded Altadis B2o [?] .. and the other is Altadis ZBC . Both are as good as SP BC or better , depending on the flavor youre into .The kids are out so I'm heading to the porch ... I'm thinkin the ZBC . It's been an SWR or Black cav day .. very enjoyable ! Looking forward to smokin my Rewster Georgia Cob w/ MB GE in it tomorrow . Gonna have to take a pic of that event :thu:

My next to last bowl of Year 1975 Sir Walter Raleigh in a beater 1979 Aalborg natural freehand made by Nording. Just enough left of the stuff to fill a cob.
