Getting near the end of my stash of Three Friars, which I'm smoking in a 1983 medium bend, mostly smooth, bottom rusticated Butz-Choquin Maitre Pipier 3 Fait Main.

McC Blakeney's Best Latakia Flake in a Beklar meerschaum. It's ok; not the best lat blend I've had.

First time with Anniversary Kake, in a Petetson. Anyone else think this one has a casing to it? Like a quite noticeable casing? It's delicious, but it has the "old timey" taste that Classic Burley Kake has. Not a bad thing, just noticing. Or maybe they accidentally sent me the wrong stuff.

It is freakin' warm here, man. 66F, no kidding. It's obscene, that's what it is. Oh well. Times like this I think to myself, "Well, at least I don't live in Phoenix." :)

Davidoff Green in a new-to-me this week eBay meer. Very proud of this old pipe. Cleaned up nice and I snatched it with box case and a nice Grabow cream Viscount for 26 smackers.

They say the flavors come from the way it's pressed and steamed. I don't know enough to say otherwise, but the variety of flavors indicate something being added. Doesn't matter to me; I really like it.

Btw, just lit up a bowl of Year 2000 Dunhill Deluxe Navy Rolls in a 1998 smooth three quarter bend Peterson Limerick 69.

Cracked open my tin of Irish Flake and loaded up the mini churchwarden.....halfway through smoking it I realized I forgot I was smoking it. Do they put a little something extra in that stuff? Maybe a little strong for me..... I had a similar experience with Blockade Runner, waking up on the couch, TV blaring, half smoked pipe in my lap....at least it wasn't a cigar. I'm going to bed.
