Moments away from lighting up a bowl of H&H Mohawk River in a 1979 rusticated medium bend Italian Sir Jeffrey Dublin. This tobacco needs plenty of drying time, but once done, gives a rich sweet flavor, suitable for the beginning or the end of the day.

Good afternoon from a rainy & summer-chilly South Africa. About to light up a bowl of Dunbar in a Pete 9s. This pipe is a bit too big for flakes (IMHO) but works really well with ribbon cut Va's & Vapers.

After arriving home from work yesterday, the rain started and I felt a Bear Blend moment coming on. So, I loaded a CG with Bear Blend, poured a glass of Merlot, and enjoyed watching a nice rain shower in the Florida Room. The smoke was so good that I decided to start my day today with BB instead of my normal burley. I am smoking it in a Stanwell, Made in Demark, Majestik, quarter bend pipe with a conical bowl. It has thick walls which is good because BB tends to burn a little hot. The smoke is cool but it heats the briar up alot. I try to sip it like I do my straight VAs, but it is so delicious I find my self puffing away.

So after reading about Uncle Sam potentially banning all tobacco sales over the Internet I decided to perform an inventory check and see what I should stock up on. To my surprise I found a sealed tin of W.O. LARSEN Signature from 2010. Feels a bit dried out however I filled up two small mason jars and packed some in my Pete Green Spigot. Does anyone know when this Doomsday may occur?

Anniversary Kake in a Brebbia Jumbo Sabbiata Billiard with some black coffee. This is the third bowl of this in a row and I'm lovin' it. Slightly sweet and I get that graham cracker thing going on too. All in all a wonderful smoke. I took a chance and bought a 1/2lb before I tried it and I'm glad I did. I'm gonna lay down another lb to age as well.

Later today I'll try the Marble Kake.

An Old Companion knocked at the door, so I smoked two bowls of it in a medium bend 2002 MM Diplomat cob.

No joke ... it's cussworthy cold! Usual C&D Red Odessa with some regular Odessa and Orient Express remnants thrown in for good measure. Coffee is crucial.
