Had three generations of Browns over for dinner. I ended the evening with Frog Morton on the Town in a 1982 Peterson Deluxe 9s and my dad smoked the same in a 1989 Peterson Deluxe.

Back into regular bowls (and back on this forum) after a flurry of sickness and busy Christmastime work. Today I enjoyed some Brigadier Alamo and Alsbo Gold to and from work. I have a hankering right now for some English Luxus but I'll wait until tomorrow evening. :)

My last smoke of the evening/morning is Old Companion in a big bowl grain relief Savinelli Autograph 5. It's a nice, easy going mild smoke.

Morning all. Still recovering from yesterdays Christmas shopping with a fresh pouch of St Bruno Flake, in a Falcon bent/Plymouth rustic. Kenco Pure Columbian coffee.

Nephew's graduation over and back home for the day. Not much pipe smoking while away as the hotel was non-smoking. I did manage to get in a couple of bowls of Bear Blend while out and about. Looking forward to several pipes today. Starting with CH in a cob with black Community coffee on the side. I have to open that jar of Christmas Cookie today to see if it is still flavorful. It's been sealed since last Christmas and people say that Boswell blend don't cellar well. We'll see.

Suzy and Molly were shocked and happily surprised at my new found super power, which is to wake up and feed them without them waking me up first! While feeding them, I lit up a bowl of Butternut Burley in a 1979 MM cob with my heat vision, too. Hhmmm... does this mean I now need a secret identity? I have a pair of glasses around here somewhere.

Is it just me, or do those vintage MM Cobs just seem to smoke better? I buy vintage unsmoked every chance I get.
