I have not tried 965, but I do like the Sunjammer for what it is. It has a bit more "body" to it than H&H Victorian Stroll (which is sitting next to the Sunjammer on my desk) but not by too much. Disclaimer: I am not a lat-hound.

try the northstar ted, if you get it from a tobacconist in bulk, its the kendal mixed shag medium unscented. it can be a bit on the warm side at times but get the packing and smoking technique right and its a beautiful smoke, this is coming from someone who doesnt care much for straight virginia burley blends.

Just enjoyed a bowl of H&H Caramel Apple Pie in my new-to-me Peterson Star 312. Very good stuff that, thankfully, isn't sickeningly sweet. And the Pete.... :puffy:

Before the sun went down, I loaded up the fruitwood-carved rekamepip "cob" for the second time today, this time with H&H Victorian Stroll, and hubby and I took the doggy out and about since the forecast says "nearly 100% chance of rain" starting overnight and continuing through tomorrow. I am fiddling with my stack of open McC oriental blends trying to decide what order to layer them in my nice big Boswell kickstand briar for an after-dinner parfait smoke.

Rajah's Court in my 2012 BST Christmas Pipe (AKA the BST-X12). Big bowl, filled it too full, got woozy after an hour...

More like a parfait. I mentioned it to hubby, then layered his big Randy Wiley with 3 straight Va blends. I'm still fiddling with mine - I think 3 may be the magic number for tobacco parfaits.
