I decided to smoke MacBaren Cube Bronze in a 2013 slight bend red stone Rockcob poker. These Cube blends have a bit of strength to them, which I needed this morning. Sure seems strange that I'm the only person awake so far here. Well, I've things to do, so it's okay. Going to finish and post reviews of the Cube and Halberg series in a bit. Drinking hot tea.

I had a restored split cane fly rod that I got from my grandfather. I caught many Bluegill and small Bass with that rod. Unfortunately it was destroyed by a friends' kids (who were visiting us) a couple years ago :(
Now I have about a million flies, a nice reel, and no rod. Oh well, such is life I suppose.

Anyway, smoking some Carter Hall in an MM Pride straight cob :puffy:

Having another dose of St Bruno RR in the cob after a rather satisfying tea.

Ive been smoking Skandinavik Full Aroma (thank you Bill Dawson!)
Ill write and post a detailed review in the appropriate section, but for now I will say that I'm really enjoying it!
I love the Danish Aromatic/Cavendish style with its base of straight tobacco flavors and an added touch of fruit. Not trying to cover up for sub-standard tobacco, but just a little something extra.

Used to smoke that a long time ago. I got a pouch in the give away a while back, but never got to smoke it. I'll do that when I smoke down some of this open stuff I have now.

Been talking on the phone with an old friend, and just finished smoking MacBaren Halberg Yellow in a straight 2012 MM Mizzou cob. Going to get a new smoke, and a can of Mountain Dew to drink.

Thanks to Eric Pierson, I'm smoking Sail Yellow in a 1980s made in London no name smooth straight apple. This is my first time smoking it. So far, not bad. I taste a little oriental note in here.

Well, Suzy and Molly woke up, and after a feeding of salmon and veggies, are looking out the window ready to conquer the world. I'm sure glad Pinky and the Brain aren't here to encourage them.

I'm actually smoking a cob full of Sail Yellow as well. It's a nice smoke I agree. :puffy:

About to head to the mail shed (in the mountains, mailboxes are miles away) to pick up my Black Shag and John Bull tobaccos, and 6 of the 8 MM Cobs I ordered.
According to the tracking numbers, these 2 orders should be waiting for me at the mail box....I always fear a "mis-delivery"
