Thanks, you're a star. Isn't the viaduct down there in the valley somewhere?

I just stuffed my giant Kaywoodie with Dunhill's Elizabethan Blend. For you guys that have seen my other posts, this is one of the many tinned tobaccos that I've picked up to try, since I've only really smoked the stuff my local tobacconist puts together or The old CBR. I have to say, It packed and lit beautifully with zero bite. it's lite, almost too lite for me, it has a sweet sugar hint to it that i enjoy but the body in the smoke just isn't there. I have a buddy that also feels the same way too. So the jury is still out on it.
Any one feel this way about this blend? Or any pointers for me to try to maybe have a better experience?
Thanks to JS i am smoking
Now smoking Stonehaven in a smooth 2002 medium bend eight sided panel top straight grain Rinaldo Collection Silver Line F Egea 05 Titania bulldog. Delicious, delicious, delicious! Going through my pipes to match them with a few trade samples Eric Pierson sent me.
I had a friend over and we tried out the Sextant that Santa sent me. Excellent tobacco! I love the cut of that one and it tastes really good too. I had a real craving for some latakia. I smoked it out of my Rock Cob.
I followed that up with a pipe of Dorchester in the Basil Meadows.
Ashton Gold Rush in the MM Diplomat. Finishes that tin, good stuff.
For half a second I thought you said "sexting and watching Harry Potter"
I do that pretty often as well
Somebody has to prevent psquared from seeing this!!!!
Having some Bullrun in my bulletproof cob. 64 F. & sunny in the Mid-South.
Now trying out the John Bull Royal English in a MM Pride straight cob
Well, it tastes like a mild English to me. Since I don't frequently smoke blends with Latakia, it is very noticeable and unmistakeable to me...but its presence would be considered light by regular Lat-blend standards.
I can taste the Burley as well, and there is some Black Cavendish presence too. I like John Bull based on my first try. It should be a nice change of pace in my rotation.
Pretty much exactly as advertised. A mild English that is a very good smoke
Wait, did I just write a review?
btw JimInks- your TR review of this blend is on the mark, based on the little I've smoked so far. Though I'd say the Latakia is much more noticeable to me.
Now smoking SG Best Brown Flake in an Edwards Virgin pot. A very fast running briar.
Rip into em!!!!
Almost over this sinus crap. Almost is enough for me.
I smoked a cob full of Mick McQuaid earlier thanks to SouthBound. I'm not gonna lie to you Mike, after I sliced off a flake I spent a solid two minutes thinking about chewing it. The stuff smells great. I enjoyed smoking it too.
Now I'm smoking some C&D Sunday Picnic that Eric Pierson sent me, in my Basil Meadows. This is good stuff. I'm only about halfway through the bowl, but unless it's got a horrible finish, I like it.
Found another pipe
