Yes, exactly what I bought it for. Quickly smokes as well as something to enjoy overwhelmingly strong blends in. I really enjoyed the tambolaka I smoked out of it yesterday. Had I smoked that in a bigger bowl I probably wouldn't have enjoyed it so much. I plan on trying a lot of blends I didn't like the first time through in that pipe. Case in point, I bought a couple of ounces of OJK in the same order. I'm going to try that next. Thanks.

Just had a nice lunch at our rotary meeting. As is standard for the last meeting of the year, we had a choir from a local high school sing us Christmas carols. By far our most popular meeting of the year. I am also enjoying our first day over freezing in a long time. Hopefully the tire tracks have melted off my driveway by the time I get home.

Two things ... trying out the Photobucket app and here is my latest "antique shop" find. There is some faint lettering but can not make it out. Gonna work on the stem then load it up and see how it smokes!

This poker turned out so nice! And this really has been your first attempt to make a poker pipe? Insane.

Due to an early staff meeting, I didn't have time for smoking this morning, but I am working from home for the rest of the day. First up is some Germain's Brown Flake in a Northern Briars bulldog.

Smoking Uhles 00 and broken Va flake blend in new MM pride gifted from the Good Samaritan holymolar. A tall glass of water with very poor quality Burbank floaties is my drink.
