Unusual for me I'm smoking a back-to-back bowl. Frog Mortons On The Town in a Paolo Becker Morta, thanks to Snake for a great trade. I guess I like the blend. :)

but never really felt like I had it in exactly the right pipe.
Kinda like "pairing" the right wine with food ... wouldn't you say?

1999. I once was able to buy a 500 gm bag from '99. Alas I have either smoked or gifted most of it. I still have a small amount left for special occasions.

When I read what everyone is smoking you definitely have one of the best selections to choose from. May I just say I think you have fine taste in tobacco!

I'm gonna have some ERR from '45 in a Comoy's Golden Saddlebit Billiard with fresh brewed Earl Grey ice tea. Li'l floaty icebergs from the Inks Iceworks Co will be slowly melting to keep it at that perfect drinking temperature. That blasted dog left here in a huff. I only gave him 1 beer today. Spoiled SOB?

Thank you very much for the kind words. I greatly appreciate the compliment.

Thanks to DBear, I'm about to smoke Peretti's Scottish Flake in a 1970s smooth medium bend Stanwell Rego 969-48 Design Choice 837 sitter with a vulcanite stem and ferrule. Another really good blend.

Well, I moved over the Black Friday weekend and I finally had the internet connected in the new place today. I just lit a bowl of Fire Dance Flake in the MM Great Dane. A bottle of Big Red is my drink. It's good to be back!

Well tomorrow's already hump day. Mild evening here in my part of Texas. Hearing the crickets for the first time in quite a few weeks. Koi pond waterfall just adding to the ambiance. Enjoying a bowl of Escudo in a Mark Tinsky Mocha Tomato with some unsweetened iced tea. :( Not ready to hit the 200lb mark quite yet so I'm cutting out the unnecessary sugar for now. Thanksgiving got me pretty close and the holidays are just beginning. Like the new avitar Inkybat! Welcome to Texas Cody Pearce! Eric, hoping things are well for your wife. Prayers continue to head northward!

Sitting with the wife now. Everything worked out great. Will post later with my updates of what I was smoking, but wanted to let all of you know. Thanks for the prayers. I'm sure they helped.

Think I am making this CH and cob week for me. 3rd night in a row with CH and each night a different cob.
Enjoying it so far for a change of pace.
    Feeling Codger-like.
Maybe I should grow a beard now.

I had a wonderful dinner cooked by m'lady, and I picked a dessert smoke, which I'm nearly finished with: Roma Vita in a 1981 smooth full bend Mauro Series Two 315 p-lip that copies the Peterson system. I'm thinking I need some perique in my next smoke. Mr. Wooly informs me that our trusty Saint Bernard will deliver it as soon as he stops grumbling about that cheap guy from Flatbush who only gave him one beer.
