We share a common problem.
Starting my second smoke of the morning: IRC Old Colonial in an MM Pride bent cob
25 (F) and sunny this morning.
Hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas! Mine was quite nice
Just completed some troubleshooting on a remote controlled tarantula, all systems are now go on this piece of Chinese crap.
Drinking seltzer, and illy from the moka pot, and enjoying a bowl of Dark Flake Aromatic/Rum Twist in the dirty Castello.
@Old Codger, it's very nice to have you back.
Oh what book did ya get?
This Dunhill 3YM
has such a plum
note to it! I haven't
had Germain's Plum
Cake, but I'm sure it'd
smell like this.
Anyone have a clue as
to the vintage of the tin?
No date stamp, but the
sticker on the underside
Is from Lane. I'm assuming
this dropped off the map
The same time as Elizabethan.
A friend couple got me a pipe rack and a signed copy of this.
Oh wow that looks awesome! I need to get myself some pipe books. I wasn't even aware there were any
It would be lots of fun reading it while smoking a pipe
Still smoking Old Colonial in the MM Pride.
Good morning all. 31-degrees here in Delaware. Accu-Weather says snow is coming through. But not to worry, just a dusting. Hate when they say that. That means BLIZZARD!
Morning reading for St. Stephen's Day finished. Morning Russian tea drank. And EMP smoked. A good start to the day!
the feasting goes on. Today, on the second and last day of Christmas my grandma and my brother will come for a visit, for two hours already I've been preparing goose, red cabbage, red wine sauce and a mousse au chocolat. There's time for a short smoking break now, before I have to prepare the dumplings - Motzek Advent in a banded and forever stemmed MM 5th Avenue Diplomat.
Feast on! and merry Christmas.
Second smoke of the day is MB Cherry Ambrosia I the Peterson Donegal Rocky.
Still raining in Miami, so I am still vapin'. The coffee is still hot and good to the last drop.
965 toped with CH in my peterson wishing my coffe was stronger!
I have two tins of this myself that I have not yet opened. I was anxiously awaiting your analysis. I will look on the back of mine later to compare what stamping mine has on it. Here is a picture of the front sides of the tins I have.
Sutliff great outdoors in a Bulletproof cob.
Been out burning some brush piles. Think I will relax until bed time.
Good Morning Puffers! 5100 in a Ropp Apple root briar, with Black Greek coffee. Still a nice 52 here in FL. Not supposed to go above 60 for the next week!
Now about to fire up some PS Highland Whisky in an unknown German brand, 15" Dublin Churchwarden rusticated "imported briar" pipe
This blend and this pipe seem to be made for each other
GH Bob's Chocolate Flake in an OldTed modified Full Bent Diplomat.
Back from ivIG and in my Benadryl Cloud as per usual. Decided to have some Haddo's Delight in the Peterson Pot with Silver appointments, a PRM of Costa Rican Tarazzu on the side.
A package showed up and it was the Trevor Talbert Morta Don with elegant Silver Cap so I loaded it with some aged Stonehaven and had a delightful first smoke and with the sub group 1 bowl it will be my taste testing Morta and for strong tobacco where a whole bowl might give one the heebee jeebee's!
Half way through the bowl, I dumped Motzek Advent. The blend is nice, but I need a more satisfying smoke right now - so I packed the Castello Collection with HU Flanagan - with great thanks to dBear and his hatred.
