Aromatic Dutch Slices in a Yello-Bole triangle-shanked bulldog
You cut that sh*t out. You're gonna make his head all big.
Plus, I'm getting Castello envy again.
Evening gents. I've smoked two cobs of Kendal Kentucky, and one of Devil's Holiday. Only because I realized I was smoking the devil's cob. That ghost won't leave.
I've got a couple flakes of BBF stuffed in the Squatch now. Just about to dodge all my in laws (they're over for second Christmas) and hit the porch.
Drinking from the world's most refreshing can. Cigar City Brewing Jai Alai pale ale.
That's reason enough right there. My local shops in Fort Wayne carry a bunch of no-name and cheaper Italian briars, Savinelli, Viking, Nording, etc. I think I've seen a Comoy or two, but no Peterson or Dunhill's. I need me one of each of them. For now.
I quit doing that months years ago ....
Newminster Navy Flake in the Unique Briars egg.
Last pipe of the night 12 y/o SG Navy Flake in the Rockin' Black Rock Cob with Black Bamboo Shank and Tortoise Forever Stem. Good Night Mrs Calabash and the Night Crew, wherever you are! Stay safe out there in PSF Land and smooth puffing, see you in 3 or so.
Louisiana Red in a big Apple. Cold Coke in an a frozen mug.
Scottish Cake in a Mocha Tinsky Tomato with some hot green tea on this chilly Texas evening. This Friday work day had Monday written all over it. Glad it's over. May have one more bowl before I call it a evening. We'll see...pretty tired.
Still smoldering that BBF in the Squatch. Got my brother in law smoking Carter Hall in a cob. Might have a convert....
So there is a prize at the end of the bowl
I just wonder if you will leave a little left over with the next bowl
or will you go for it again
Smoking a hand rolled PS Turkish
calling for warm weather tomorrow so i get to play in the rock pile
calling it an early night
I smoked a cowboy cigarette this morning. Kendal Kentucky kicks like a mule in a 1.5 paper.
M'lady cooked a very filling spaghetti dinner, and we shared a big slice of chocolate satin pie for dessert. I'm half way through smoking R-Blend in a 1983 three quarter bend medium brown Ascorti KS Business Dublin. Going back to work soon.
I've been smoking a Champion Ruby/Kendal Dark/Kendal Kentucky mix lately. Good stuff but damn does it pack a wallop.
B&M "Old English" started the day off right, decided to end the day with it too. Smoking it in a MM General church warden with the forever stem.
Mix Kendal Dark and Kentucky 50/50 and roll them up in a paper. Just a dollop will do ya.
I'm a few moments away from smoking Germain's Brown Flake in a mid-1970s black rusticated straight Savinelli Estella 915 KS. Working and listening to The Great Bridge by David McCullough. Ice tea chilled to the proper temperature with floaty li'l icebergs who foolishly though they would make it to 2014. Alas, poor floaty li'l icebergs. I knew ye well, but not for long!
Just had a bowl of SG Celtic Talisman in a no name billiard (antique mall find) and a Mill St. Cobblestone Stout, in a chilled glass of course!
Apologies, that is what I meant. I add some Champion Ruby (rolling tobacco) to lighten and add some sweetness. I have tried the 50/50 Dark and Kentucky mix but it was a bit much for me.
What kind of papers do you use? I've been finding that standard rolling paper (Tally Ho) is a bit too thin for the job.
