Enjoying some Carter Hall in my MM Pride
Lots more coffee brewing.
Just finished a bowl of Exhausted Rooster in it's dedicated Barling. Hot, sweet tea on the side while I watch old Better Off Ted episodes with the wife.
PS LTF in the Red Rockcob, black coffee.
I'd like to see a pic of that City when you get a chance. Love mine.
G L Pease Charing Cross in the Torben Dansk. Had some french press coffee on the side.
I thought we were going away to Stratford overnight to visit friends today so I worked full out yesterday and didn't get out for a single pipe, and then Henry suddenly got sick with a stomach bug so we're not going now and the pressure is off.
Happy weekend everyone!
Packing some PA Soft Vanilla in its dedicated aromatic cob.
Drinking coffee and watching The Rifleman marathon on AMC.
Peter, Paul and Mary flashback.
Coffee with a splash of caramel egg nog, and Middleton Cherry Blend to start the day. I dont exactly know why, but I have a feeling its going to be a good one.
Save travels Rockbass, be well everyone!
I was out of MCB for nearly a week, picked up a box yesterday. My rotation of tobaccos just isn't complete without it. Good stuff
Have a great weekend!
Good morning, PS LNF in a Viking Copenhagen.
I will be very interested to know how that Black Irish ages,I've been smoking Rum Twist and Black Irish over the past few months, I like the Rum but the jury is still out on the Black Irish, its not bad with Scotch or a good Stout.
Couple of things real quick...someone mentioned Dylan's guitar selling for $965k at auction. That was THE guitar he used to first go electric at Newport. Some controversy as to it's authenticity.
And, as for staying warm this winter ... I live on the third floor of a four story apartment building and this is my fourth winter ... haven't turned the heat on once. Many thanks, neighbors. Electric bill doesn't get above $25 a month.
And if you've a mind to, check out some of my photos here: www.flickr.com/photos/aachbee3/ . Birding and photography are my other passions.
Thanks for the indulgence and now I'm grabbing the camera and the Red Cake and heading out whilst the weather is still tolerable!
Popped open a tin of Haddo's Delight for the first time this morning. Love the tin note. Great smoke, too. A good bit cooler this morning than last night.. Smoking it in a cob with a mug of hot coffee.
Noticeably cooler this Saturday morning. 37-degrees outside, feels like the same inside. Bright sunshine however, so Teddi and I should get some outdoors time.
Stated day with morning reading made easier with Lucky Irish Breakfast tea, and a Dr. Grabow Riviera packed with EMP.
The only thing that's missing is a fresh pint of The and tons Old Peculiar is something I say rather a lot, if you ever get the chance you must try Black Sheep, its made by Paul Theakston, the son, he set up his own brewery totally independent of Theakstons, rather an interesting story!
The last of a tin of
Balkan Sobranie in
the usual lat burner.
Some nice photos Harry. Great shots of Pileated Woodpeckers, Belted Kingfishers and hunting Osprey.
Moving on to Sail Regular (yellow) in a MM Washington
PS Proper English in a John Brumfit Rhodesian, more coffee.
Waking up with BR honey and orange in a Scandia pipe. Oh, I need more coffee...
