    Hold up now! Lets not get carried away here. Mayorial decree 03-A771 is clear on this. All awards, regardless of origin; must get the approval of the Mayor before any hanging up on any wall can take place. These must be presented to the clerk, and all fees paid prior to getting a "Permit To Hang".

    (Bet those cookies aren't tasting so good now that you know what the real cost is are they?) :shead:
