Habana Daydream in a sandblasted Parker billiard. I wasn't too sure about this blend when I first got it but the smoke I had yesterday was great, and this one is even better. Think it goes to show the benefits of letting some of these C&D bulk blends sit for a few months before tucking into them.

A bit of squadron leader in a David Enrique. Ideal to finish the day.

Tried out G&H Louisiana Flake this afternoon in my blast Pete Silver Spigot (106). Not finding the magic there quite yet, but ready for another bowl.

Full Virginia Flake in a smooth straight grain three quarter bend 1979 Becker M 4 heart pipe. This'll take a while to finish!

Nutty Cut in a MM Legend. Darjeeling tea. Nice way to recover after too much lunch. It's easy to eat too much when keeping your mouth full is the only way to keep from saying something you know you'll regret. -2C(28F)H89%

So, I just found out I had ounce of 1-Q in my stash that I didn't know about. Figured I ought give that a try, so I packed a bowl in my Grabow Golden Duke Yachtsman.

I'm tempted to agree with you, but I'm afraid of being slammed in that "Sophistic wisdom" thread that Berg started over in the Old Farts section.

Kendal Kentucky cradling Louisiana Flake in a Tinsky poker.

P.S. Bayou Morning is absolutely delicious after a year in the jar.

Just finished up the last of the Burley that was in my bowl. Set out some Cornishman, a Country Squire blend (Jackson, MS), to dry after my studies this evening. Wondering if I should forgo the bars this weekend and make a tobacco purchase to celebrate IPD.

You're right to keep that in mind, Mister.

I'm smoking GH Dark Flake U in this Squatch.

I'm listening, over and over to the Band's version of "Atlantic City". With apologies to Mr. Springsteen (and kudos for such poetry), Levon, Garth, Richard and Rick own this song.

"Everything dies baby, that's a fact
But maybe everything that dies someday comes back
Put your makeup on, fix your hair up pretty
And meet me tonight in Atlantic City"
