Brilliant, sir. Required torque on the C-clamp for proper packing density, or is that DGE's area of expertise?

Essence of Vermont in a Peterson Canadian. Beautiful windless morning. I actually made a smoke ring. -4C(24F)87%

I really need some coveralls. D is just such a snappy dresser.

GLPease Telegraph Hill in a BST Xmas pipe.
This pipe has really grown on me. Gnarly rustication. Matted dark finish. Bowling ball green swirly stem.
Looks like something that would grow out of my mouth.

    And it has.

Squadron Leader in a Butz Choquin. Hated it when I first bought it. After being jarred for a year it is pretty darn good.

In honor of a recent video I saw on smoking corn cobs, I pulled out an MM cob and Carter Hall... sans blow torch and pointy pipe tool. :puffy:

Well, I'm weak...I just dipped into the Penzance sample Spillproof sent me. I hadn't tried it before and I really, really, really NEEDED to try it! :D

Man, what an awesome smoke! It was creamy and smooth, with flavours of leather and nuts...and I swear I got the faintest taste of what spruce boughs smell like. I know that sounds a little weird, but that's what I got and it was really quite nice! The roomnote had a sweet chocolate scent, but not like a milk chocolate or dark chocolate...more of a freshly baked brownies chocolate scent. It very much reminded me of a well aged cigar!

Oh, I should mention that this particular Penzance was from 2006. :th1:

Just finished off a bowl left from late last night of Ennerdale Flake in my MM hardwood cherry Mountain Ozark bent.

Now for some McC black cavendish to see if I can't squash the ghost out. :)
