Just kidding. Those giant "smoking kills" labels just amuse me for some strange reason.
Dang, they sell G&H Louisiana Flake in a pouch over there?!?

Haven't been smoking much lately but am thoroughly enjoying a bowl of DFU in the Savinelli Oscar Dry right now.

Did you pour the beer in the glass just for the photo? I was only teasing, but now that I look more closely, I don't see any foam rings on the glass (I don't care either way, I would certainly ham it up for a photo, but now I'm curious)
Oddly, I just cracked the tin of Astley's 44 that you gave me today as well. I sent some off as part of the FNG FOG trade, and will be trying some tonight.
Good morning from the Shire (Yorkshire) it's allready tommorow here well it's gone 01:00 Friday - just a report on the last pipe although the Freak is a small pipe I can only just tamp with my little finger 11/16" tapered bowl 1-1/4" deep I'm learning the GH Louisiana Flake which is in slices upto 1/8" thick. So just a 1/2 rub to start to brake it up then a gentle fill with not much tamp, char light which sees lots of expansion another gentle tamp (Rodgers knife) it stayed lit and smoked cool slow and steady, with one more gentle tamp 1/2 way, for 55 minutes. The wee dram led on to a couple of Carlesberg largers and I'm feeling pleased and mellowed out with myself, Germain's SLF has a rival - and finally so to bed - cheers all Wicker Man
Yes, I poured the beer just for the photo. As you know, I don't much care for drink or drinkers, it was simply a photo op.
This is the first time I've considered tossing the rest of a jar of tobacco. I've given this one quite some time and it just hasn't grown on me. Not much flavour there and it wants to bite me, though I smoke it slowly enough to not let it.
OK, I'm going to update my scrapbook; good thing I use pencil.
Last pipe of the day with Nightcap. What a perfect blend for a nightcap.
