Larry's Blend in a no-name Italian sandblast that Bluepipe gave me. The man's given me two pipes and they are both brilliant smokers.

Three Nuns (courtesy of Ruffingold) in a Wessex bent (courtesy of Slow Tri). Now if I had a tumbler of Dewars (courtesy of anyone) I'd be set. :puffy:

To me, the hardwoods are not as good. Took longer to break in than a briar. Smokes easily, but any tobacco I've tried tastes better in a cob. I carry it every day in my pipe case, so if I lose it its no big deal. Since they are so cheap you may want to try one. But the cobs are much better in my opinion.

I have a love/hate relationship with RY. One day its the best thing out there, the next day I can't stand it. The last tin I had, however, was mostly good.

I forgot to post this the other day, but I finally bought some Balkan Sasieni. I found this smoke to be rich and creamy, full of spice and diversity. I thoroughly enjoyed this blend from beginning to end and would recommend it to anyone who loves spicy , rich, complex Latikia blends. I smoked it in my no name Dublin that I save for Lat blends.:D

I gave away a few samples, but actually smoked most of that tin myself. I wanted to love it, but alas it did not happen! Ah, well *goes back to crack a tin of Dunhill Flake*

That was how I started today. For me, it makes a good first pipe. Followed it with a pipe of Walnut.

I am determined to finish the bag of EMP that I bought from P&C.They were offering Dunhill in balk, so I thought I would try it. Its not anywhere near as good as the tin version.

No offense intended, but allow me to correct your Americanese a bit. That should be "I need me some o them tha duck'n eggs." But you're getting the hang of it.
