Edgeworth Slices (thanks Highstump) in a 1984 medium bend black grain etched Savinelli Non Pareil 9310 poker. Tasty, sweet and smooth smoke.

Now that looks like a well-loved Squatch. That one has clearly seen some action.

House of Calabash/Steven Books Nothing Quite Like That First Pipe of the Day in a Blakemar Liverpool. This is a great tobacco, but it is just flat out goofy giving it such a long name. And you know, one thing the Brits are really good at is making very light pipes. Sometimes a Canadian/Liverpool/Lumberman/Lovat/anything else with a long shank can be difficult to clench, but this thing is so light, it's like it's barely even there. Really nice. Still 57˚F at my house, but the temperature is about to start plummeting, and supposedly we could see some snow flurries tonight. I'm not holding my breath, but that would be nice.

Thanks for noticing, Edward. Most every Squatch pipe I receive I literally try to destroy, it's a game he and I play. I take chunks of plug, whole flakes rolled up and jammed into pipes, etc., and smoke them so hot I can't hold the pipe. Other than an olive wood nose warmer in 2008, I haven't been able to cook one. This one was an odd bird, I cursed him for putting that silly ring in it (which he did purely to offend my Methodist sensibilities) so I intended to send it to the far edge of hell. It didn't even get hot to the touch, damn him, but it did take on the oddest darkening patterns.

That calabash sorta thing or the stained vegetable?

Finishing off a cigar and thinking about what to put in a pipe.

Just welcomed myself home with Sutliff No. 5 in a MM. A much more satisfying piece of hardware than the small briar nosewarmer I had at lunch.

Finished up my work a bit early today and it's time to start the weekend. Thermometer reading 48°F but it feels twenty degrees warmer, at least. First day I've been out an' about in just a t-shirt in 4 months! :punk:

What has become my favorite combo lately, Old Dublin in a straight MM Pride. Sweetwater IPA makes it just that much more enjoyable at the end of the day.

Wicker Man, I don't think you've posted a pic yet that hasn't at least made me chuckle. Bravo, sir.
