How do you like that #25 Mixture, snake? How does it compare to other English blends?
Tried out the Lane Limited 1-Q for the first time this morning in a Royal Danish quarter bent apple. I have seen where people praise this blend, but I really did not know what to expect. Cavendish, Virginia with a slight vanilla topping. It's certainly not knocking my socks off, but I will finish the 2 oz sample I bought and probably not purchase again. Ok, on to CH in a cob for break.
Mornin all. Larry's Blend in a David Jones Poka.
Been awhile since I posted here. Lot's of stuff going on.
Dan's Mellow Mallard in an Ascorti Signature Full Bent Egg with black coffee.
Just got done FVF in a DR.G Omega
How'd that thing work out for you?
Worked perfect as I smoked real slow after being sick..... oh did I forget some cool guy gave it to me !
PA in a 81 white viscount/coffee.
I woke up early to feed the kittens and lit up a bowl of Old Companion in a tan etched 2001 Rinaldo Sahara 2. I decided to stay up a while and read, so I'm now smoking C&D Dark Burley (thanks JRobert) in a medium bend 2002 MM Diplomat cob. Now, Suzy and Molly are wanting me to go lay down with them. Very thoughtful of them to give me permission to sleep... at least until it's time for their next wet food feeding!
Bayou Morning Flake in a La Fuma (Ser Jacopo second)
3P's in the DrG "Westbrook"
I'm finishing that bowl of Hamburglar Beertaster in the Falcon. This is a great DGT tobacco.
Woke up to a little skiff of snow this morning. Smoking a bowl of FVF in a Brigham
2 dot slightly bent rustic billiard with coffee on the side.
Pelican + Cob + =
Best Brown in a Peterson 999.
about to take a break for lunch, then its Old Gowrie in a cob before I get back to the grindstone.
Last night, I got around to Altadis Irish Creme and Hot Chocolate. The Choc was not as flavored as I had expected, but overall not bad. The Creme had the bite I dislike. But when smoked in a cob rather than in a briar, the bite is reduced. So that is the route I am going with the rest of the pouch.
This morning, I made a slight change: I smoked a Legend full of H&H Steamroller first, then had my usual bowl of C&D Red Odessa with the second mug of coffee. Just loaded up the rekamepip fruitwood-carved "dog-walk" pipe with H&H Victorian Stroll, since it's another grey drizzly English-style day.
Alternate bowls of Coniston Cut Plug & McB ODF - in the Falcon / Plymouth rustic.
