Brigadier Black Waterloo in the custom CG. Much too cold to be doing this outdoors, but I get foolish when I have time on my hands :p:

Well I've been leaving and returning to this bowl of 7 Seas White in the Missoui Pride for about an hour...I'll probably put it back down in a minute and finish it later.

    Afternoon, folks.

I'm smoking Bayou Morning in a L'Anatra. I swear, the longer this stuff sits in a jar, the more buttery it tastes. Spicy butter. Delicious!

It's not great, but it's not bad, either. Maybe it's just me, but I think it has kind of a funky room note. Not bad, but for such a heavily flavored blend, you'd think it would make the house smell like cupcakes or something. I'm wishing I'd gone with a different aro, but this is sweet and mild and tolerable. But I've also been doing laundry and switching between various tasks.

might end up with a nosewarmer stem but the rock cob lasts forever
(surprised you have not replaced that stem yet anyway with a custom bit )

Dark Fragrant in a Legend Cob. Will be taking either some Black Virginia or MC 2015 into work tonight to smoke can't decide, maybe I should try a blend of them. :bing:

PA in a Kaywoodie Sterling. No coffee, drank it all earlier. Maybe I should make more.

    That's happening today, I think.
The corndogs have been deferred for "pay work" (restorations, I have 20 of 'em here).
Between cleaning up filthy old pipes, I'll continue smoking the rock cob all day.
Gonna use an MM shank and Forever Stem on it. Just need a 30 second "break" to grind one down ;-)

I got that one as an STG sample, too, but have too many blends open to try it right now. I used to smoke it in the 1970s, but not since then. How does it taste now?

I'm smoking Louisiana Red in a 2002 smooth Rinaldo Silver Line 3 EGER 05 paneled horn, and it tastes very good.

Its a little warm compared to the regular . The aro isn't over the top but it's not faint like MCB either . I like it . It's more a summer/ spring blend to my tastes cause it's not heavy bodied like I like in cold weather .

Gonna try the Germains Rich Dark Flake [ not sure if this is the same as brown flake ] in my Kaywoodie small Dublin .... just by smelling it ... I'm thinking this is gonna be stellar !!! Will report back :th1:
