    Dang the Bad Luck
    bought some regular SWR at local store on the way home
    did not notice it was Bone Dry till now

    SO I Enjoying 3p's in my pod

    and putting the swr in a steamer

    Tonight was my first bowl of Carter Hall; smoked in a vintage MM Washington. I must say I like this weed. It could easily be an all-day smoke. Surprised once again. I'm thinking as inexpensive as this tobacco is I'll cellar a pound, or two.

    Good Morning All... Man do these mornings come quick!!!

    Gonna go start this one off right with CH , Cob , Coffee, as I head off to the lake.

    Current temp is 67F h78%... 0 mph wind.... As everything is so quite & still...

    PA in a Sav second and strong black coffee for the wake up and drive in to work. DGT'd the PA for my ride home and have loaded a cobb with CH for first smoke break.

    It's just one of those mornings, so I'm smoking a big bowl of GH Kendal Dark in my BST, with a nice mug of hot black coffee on the side.

    Middleton Cherry Blend, Irwin S Cobb Cob. Walking the dog, already 18 deg C before 8. Neither of us can hack a walk in 30 degree weather like the afternoons have been.

    Trying out my Dr Grabow Starfire 46 with some Sutliff South Sea and the second cup of coffee. I know now why this poor thing was sooo abused! Nice smoker!

    Had one of those nights a work where I forgot to pack bacci.
    Searching through my pipe case I found a little "stimulus package", "Lane BCA", and "Old gowry".
    So I figured, hey what the heck, mixed them together and had just enough for a bowl.
    I can honestly say it was pretty good.
    guess you cant loose mixing three great bacci's together.

    SWR in a cob.. What's with this brand? Just opened a pouch and it's also bone dry. :mad:

    Mason jars are your friend;)
    I never leave mine in the pouch, dries way too fast.
    I've taken to packing a few bowls worth in little ziplock baggies that I carry with me, and leave the bulk in a jar.

    This was just purchased and never opened until today. Factory sealed and all???
    My SWRA was also like this the other day..:mad:

    I'm seeing this is a common trend with SWR.. And will only buy SWR from big tobacco shops like some stated.. Sorry mom & pops... You guys don't sell this quick enough???

    if you got a moisture pad and jar'd it you might be able to bring it back to life.
