McB Club Blend in a Squatch. I now have 2 pipes from Sasquatch and I must say they are by far my favorite pipes. Smoke great and never gurgle. With these I really don't need any others. I can go all day and not use anything else.

Well, I didn't expect it to be so soon, but G.L. Pease Stratford in my Kaywoodie Fine Line bulldog. My fingers are raw from using my reaming, a pocketknife, an improvised reamer which fit the thing better, a million bristled cleaners, and some cut up strips of a foam nail file for sanding out the cake in this thing. I've done two alcohol and salt treatments already.

There's very little work left to do on this thing, and I thought I'd take a break and treat myself to a test smoke, see how she does so far. So far so good!

    Hi All,
For todays ride down to the shore I'll be smoking Uhle's #00 in a Davorin Morta Billiard and P&W #400 in a Davorin Morta Bent Dublin. We're taking ice tea in a thermos for the ride.

    Happy Smoking,
    Paul

That I should try this tobacco out in my new handmade briar

So Far the Taste of a new pipe and this tobac fits like a glove
    I am lovin it

thanks me for a new pipe in my collection ( patting myself on the back )

It's the newer stuff, I do have a little bit of 40+year BS (worth more than gold ;)) that I'm saving for a special occasion, the newer stuff is good but seems much different than the original, Balkan Sasieni is good too and a lot easier to get.

No, they are vintage, they do pop up on the bay from time to time, the inserts are harder to find than the pipes, this one has a custom stem that I fitted for it, the originals have a black tapered bit made of plastic and accepted a 6mm filter, I had two but sold one to Johnny Dingo, I made a new saddle bit for that one, here's a shot of a stock one and the inserts which came in two variations plastered bottom or with a metal plate at the bottom of bowl, I have only tried the ones with the metal plate...
