"...seemed to be the right choice..." is always a good reason! I just went with a bit of Sutliff Academy in my huge IMP lattice bent brandy.

Larry's Blend (again) in an Invicta bent-bulldog. Time for a beach run with the dog, then back to work.

Staying in AC Taking Pictures and fiddling with a new pipe

Who knows i might just have to clip a fine cigar and stuff it in my Pipe

I Can't Tell You I am smoking Cigars
because i think that is against the rules here

97F, 51% RH, heat index 106F here in Birmingham. Preeetty miserable. Having some Uhle's #00 in a Wally Frank Canadian and sitting under the ceiling fans on my porch. Sure wish I could smoke inside, ::sigh::.

Going for a walk shortly and bringing some BB#2 in a rocket. And then I'll start a bowl FVF in the Hardcastle bulldog and let it sit for a day or so. I'm curious to see if this DGT technique has any merit.

It was raining this morning, so that scared me away from a bike ride, but then it stopped....but still looks like rain, so I continued not riding. So instead I jogged a mile and a half, walked half a mile, jogged another half mile, then walked yet another. Now I'm relaxing with some Prince Albert in my Kaywoodie Fine Line bulldog, waiting on Mr. UPS Man

The only merits, as far as I'm concerned, are frugality and caking of the heel. I've never had it make a blend taste better - and almost always worse, proportionate to the delay, usually.

    A rocket?

Uhle's Blend 300 in a DG nosewarmer MP, working on briar. I'm a pig in mud.

Big Thanks to CigarMonkey (and DG) again.

The rocket is the black pipe in front (mm pride for scale) a small bowled nylon bodied interchangeable bowl pipe. To be honest I only bought one because of the praise Falconeer gave them (I think it was his first pipe so he had rose-tinted memories I believe). I'm glad I did since it make for a great travel/short smoke pipe.

The 5100 loaded in the MM pride is for a smoke to be named later.

MacBaren Club Blend in a small anonymous bent meerschaum. Winds aloft must be something else right now. Anyone flying east is getting a nice free push. Just sitting back with my pipe and watching the clouds scoot by. 19C(66F)H45%.
