Exhausted Rooster in the Tinsky. There's just something about this blend that I don't enjoy, and I can't put my finger on it.

Just had an awesome dinner - (because I made it :beck:)
Pasta on a bed of rocket salad, with a pesto vinaigrette, dried tomatoes, Parma ham, mozarella, pine nuts and parmesan.

Almost finished the bash, I gave the bowl a nice bees wax coat today. But it's still not ready for a smoke. [IMG]

The first bash smoke will take place tomorrow.
Now I'm going to smoke some HU Dockworker with a topping of 6y old Anni Kake, thanks to Fishnbanjo - Master of everything. :)

Both. If the rest of your culinary skills are as good I hazard a guess we'll be plumping for the PSF Christmas party being round at Chez Simmo.

Got some PS Aromatic Dutch Slices in the old Medico Apple, Thanks MBV. Not bad, haven't really smoked any cav like this for years. I just fire it up, tamp then sit it down and come back to fire it up again. Smokes better for me like that, otherwise it can get a tad hot. Taste is nice, but very mild to my lat encrusted taste. I like it better than the Natural Dutch. Both are nice soft smokes for me. I don't get any of what I remember of the old Troost taste. May after smoking the rest. I think time has taken it's toll on my taste. But that's ok, I can still taste lots of flavor in the heavier tobaccos some others don't care for. :) Staying cool more or less but not sick. Looks like Friday night may be nice for sleeping. Still over 90 out.
