Okay, I decided to go with St. James Flake in a 1986 three quarter bend Bacchus face CAO meer. Of course, I decided on properly chilled ice water for a drink. Going to read a few box scores as I listen to MLB talk on the XM.

It's getting late, but I'm not done watching Game of Thrones, so it's SWR in a Legend to finish off the evening.

(pssst! Don't tell JimInks that "being in the great outdoors" and "smoking Great Outdoors" are two different things. Poor guy, I think he's been through one too many "5th innings." :dkn:)

Smoking a bowl of Prince of Wales (thanks, YappG) in the PSF POY.

I figured somebody would notice the literary allusion between what I was smoking and what I did today. As for your other comment, I sure could used a :dkn:today, but ice water is better for your system when you're out in this weather. Even though we have central AC, I've noticed Suzy and Molly have been eating a little less the last few days of this heat storm. They are strictly indoor cats, but animals can recognize environmental changes even under the conditions in which my cats live, and they tend to eat less in extremely hot weather. And unlike the Saint Bernard, they only drink water, and have resisted offers to sample of the whiskey cabinet.

There are no mice in the warehouse; the Mixture 79 traps wiped them out!

I can't possibly be awake yet as I'm sitting here with a Peterson Killarney full of Dunhill Standard Mixture and the sternest of coffees without a clue as to how I managed it. Must be the Pipe Fairy.

Well, finally trough reading all the drivel great stuff I didn't see yesterday. Did not smoke much due to horrific episodes which lasted over 12 hours, hands were so deformed I was afraid I'd snap a pipe shank were one to hit me while having a pipe so I basically refrained until later last night. Finally able to type and had a nice bowl of Chocolate from PipesandCigars in the Tim West panel and some Revor Flake in the original MM Diplomat with Wellington Forever Stem. So far I've consume 72 ozs of Java and working on another. Hopeful today is far less stressful, and painful, than yesterday missed all you reprobates, good morning PSFer's!

    Here's wishing you a better day F&B.
Woke earlier than planned today, but nothing much on the agenda. I recorded the Heaven and Hell: North and South, Book III yesterday so I plan to settle down in the Fat Boy recliner with a BC Cherrywood filled with ERR Match with the necessary amounts of caffeine and watch that this morning. I've also three latest episodes of Game of Thrones that I need to catch up on. Looks like a pipe smoking :puffy:, coffee drinking  marathon today. I'm thinking McC. VA's :thu2: for later.

    Good morning all,
dBear seems to really enjoy these Peretti blends YAPPG sent him, I will try to pay more attention to them, I've only tried one of them so far and I like it. So, thanks again MentorBV for providing me so thoughtfully with Peretti BPC from 2007 :toast: , a burley cube cut with hints of ginger. I'm smoking it in a black rock cob, because these pipes are known for the truest tobacco taste. Thanks rekamepip! :toast:
    Broken mug on the side.
