Good morning/afternoon all! Been out in the shop making a pen for our youngest sons wedding next month. When I finished I had a small piece of white pearl acrylic left over. Waste not, want not, made a pipe and used it as an accent on the stem! While everything is drying, having a bowl of Old Companion in my old Medico Cavalier with more of the Maxwell House to help cool things off. Going to be a good day!

Its still baking outside today, but the humidity is not as bad. Took Teddi out for a short run. Back inside and I'm enjoying Dan's Blue Note in a mm Diplomat. Phillies & Mets coming up in the hour.

Took my usual Sunday stroll for a newspaper and hunk of Dark XX plug, smoking it in a dirty old clay while waiting for a pair of local crows to venture a little closer, I could bag one with the .22 and red-dot sight - if they would clear neighbours property!....but the OT slingshot is more satisfying!:)....one day I'll have the little ba&t*rds! :ohyh:

I have tried and tried to connect these two things but everything I can possibly come up with is just too horrible to put into words. :cfsd:

Last night after dinner at my folks place my dad and I sat outside and smoked pipes. Well, last week I created a thread about identifying pipe tobacco with strong nicotine. Mecompco sent me a sample of OJK letting me know it has a high nicotine rate and not to smoke it on an empty stomach. I had just eaten and packed my bowl. I got about half way through the bowl and it was hitting me. I rested and smoke more later but man it was strong! But very good. I really liked it! :bing:
