Started the morning with some 1990's 3 Nuns in the Pete 305, very nice. The coffee is made and have now fired up a flake of MikeinMaine's Stonehaven in the WDC Wellington--very nice!

Essence of Vermont in a Peterson 69. Black illy coffee. Couple of healthy thunderstorms rolled through and presented a spectacular lightshow for a while. 17C(63F)H78%

Couldn't make it to the end of the Yanks/Bo Sox game last night. But my Peterson Sherlock Holmes pipe filled with Irish Flake helped me get through nearly two hours of it.

This morning, Russian tea, a glass of V-8 juice, Irish Oak and CH in a mm CG. Morning off to a good start even thought the train was ten minutes late.

I've loaded up somePS LTF in my MM SS GD. My First bowl of the day lasted me well into the produce row walkabout. Now I'll head back to the warehouse, to begin work in earnest. Have agreat day everyone!

I don't know what it is with the propensity of needing to smoke plugs of late but I'm basically stuck there. Finished a bowl of Wessex Brown Flake which satisfied nicely in the MM Mizzou plum Forever Stem since it burns well in that pipe, a Brazilian Cerrado accompanied the smoke then on to yet another Brazilian Cerrado with a bowl of Revor Flake fired up in the original MM Diplomat with Wellington Forever Stem. In the mean time I also scored a full vintage tin of Three Nuns for $14.99 on eBay, you snooze you lose! :D

Genny Cream... I'd donate a body part for a Genny Cream. I've got to find out if there is some merchant in the DFW area that can order it for me.

Painter Hills in a MM Legend. Sun is out and things are drying up quickly. Should make it harder to find puddles that I can't resist making a splash with. Time to take this pipe for a walk. 18C(64F)H72%

Went out for a haircut...took some PA in a MM Diplomat, straight, drought era. I think I'll stick with cobs today...

Having a Plum Cake in the Old Jockey after a decent trip out, the heat and the sun is back on, at least until the anticipated thunderstorms hit. If it turns out anything like Thunder Thursday, I fully expect the Apocalypse to start on the banks of the Tyne.
