Well you can go to Krogers and spend a buck on a tin of rolls, bring it home and poop open the tin and poop them into the oven. After about 15 min take them out and poop on some icing and you will have Pooping Fresh rolls. That is if you got the kind with Pooping Fresh on the tin.

I'm hungry now, and not speaking to Rekamepip because those cinnabuns are the reason I'm hungry, cassenfrassen ding blasted food enabler!!!! I'll get revenge later when I smoke his cinnamon blend. But for now, I'm smoking, thanks to Ruffinogold, vintage Edgeworth Ready Rubbed in a very much appreciated 1979 brown, slight bend grain etched flat front Stanwell Rego 969-48 (09). More ice water to drink. Dunno what I'll eat for a snack, though. Thaaaaaaannnnks a lot, Rekamepip! Thanks a lot! Consarn it!!!

You would have really hated me if you ate one or two of them and then found yourself waking up at 3am after a nap

Those cinnabon rolls just make you full and sleepy

You may not know it but - I saved you Jim-

BST Canadian full of LEO is really doing it for me. That vibrantly alive air and stillness just after a major thunderboomer isn't hurting my smoking environment either.

Good thing for me, then. Right this moment, I'm on hold to talk on the MLB XM channel about the steroid cheat Ryan Braun, so it's good I'm lean, hungry, and ready to unload my opinions about that rotten guy.

Btw, I'm always awake at 3 am anyway.

Well, I'm behind in my smoking, but I sure was smoking when I got my chance to talk on the radio a few minutes ago. I gave them a real piece of my mind about the Ryan Braun steroid issue, and they didn't interrupt me for the three minutes I was on. And the guys hosting the talk show did not disagree with me!! Venting makes you feel better sometimes. Now, back to ERR and work. And thinking of cinnamon buns, darn it.

    Poop or diet Poop?

Smoked a bit more of the 5B/CH/CBW mix in the Oldenkott last night while watching news of the suspension of Braun. Need some time on the elliptical (starting to rain so inside sweating today), and then some coffee and will have to figure out what will go well with that.
