I have always wanted to be able to play the guitar but I have never been succesful in my previous (half-assed) attempts. So, with that in mind I went to Gamestop and picked up Rocksmith, then went to Target and picked up an Electric guitar! Its not the best guitar ever, but it makes sound and thats all I need. So I have been making awful sounds for the past 3 hours, but getting a little better at it. I thought I had tough fingers, but they are sore now.
Taking a break now with another pipe full of Tastemaster, this time in the rock cob.

Edit: with Twinnings Irish breakfast tea on the side.

MacB Navy Flake in a cob again. Gotta say, only my second flake of the tin, but I like it. May have been the whole smoking a cob while riding around on a riding lawn mower thing though. (Insert redneck smiley here)

Fishnbanjo, thank you for posting that photo. Hummingbirds are amazing creatures.

University Flake in a Peterson 80s accompanied by crushed ice over an Earl Gray teabag. Great way to start the afternoon after a good lunch. 24C(75F)H63%

I've spent the afternoon listening to the steroid/Ryan braun talk on the MLB XM channel 89. It's hot and humid outside, but I'm inside nearly done smoking Old Dark Fired in a 1970s GBD Prehistoric Rhodesian 9438 with a perspex stem. A can of 7-Up is my drink.

4noggins Double Fantasy for the first smoke in a Brigham Voyageur 1-dot Bent Billiard (#23). This pipe is pretty nice for their "entry level" pipe. The rustication is much nicer than I thought it would be from the photos I'd seen and it hangs comfortably, feels good in the hand, clenches easily and is light. Overall, I'm happy with it :D

While I'm waiting on the phone to give more of my opinions about the Lyin' Braun situation, I have my next smoke ready to go. It'll be Edward G. Robinson's Pipe Blend in a 1980s smooth slight bend Wally Frank Dublin. It's channel 89 on the XM.

Savoring a wee bit of Revor Plug in the MM Diplomat with blue and white Forever Stem celebrating my Sea Urchin, one must travel elsewhere within the many passageways of this forum much like the poor St. Bernard and nubiles do at Rancho JimInks' place to understand this. ;) :whis:

Sudden t-storm came up minutes after I took Teddi outside to play under beautiful blue skies. So no Walnut. Instead drank Oceanspray Blueberry Pomegranate juice during 2 pipes of Bull Run, both in mm cobs.

Hi there, just came back from work - a long long day is over now, I'm very happy about that fact. To celebrate I'm going to smoke some Edward G. by HU Tobacco with a topping of 6years old Anni Kake, courtesy of fishnbanjo - in the Peterson Sherlock Holmes Deerstalker, while watching the latest episode of Dexter. Happy smoking all!
