Since i received this Penzance sample the other day from 1858 Rem that was aged for 6 years. I just couldn't let it age any longer. Going to smoke it now in a KW51s since all my other pipes are packed in storage at this time. Thanks, 1858Remington..

Prairie Wind, Weybridge and Painter Hills most of the day. Suited a rainy, windy, grey day.
Peterson's Summertime 2011 in a Peterson 80s is nice for just sitting back now and looking outside at the trees doing their calisthenics.

Earlier was McL VA #24 in my MGM Rock, finishing a bowl now of McL VA#27 in my Dunhill Shell Briar. Think I can safely say that I liked the #27 better than the #24, but probably like the #22 better than both of those. All quality smokes though.

Sounds like me and Erinmore. The stuff is classic, and at times I really adore it...but other times it's the last blend I'd consider smoking. Can you elaborate on RY at all?

Personally, I'm settling in for a nice long smoke of GLP Stratford in my BST. Well deserved after a long day ringing up groceries

Smoked mcclellan #24 tobacco sample tonight as i had to water all the flower beds & pots. What a nice smoke this was, as it's another sample that i'll be adding to my list of must have tobacco on hand. Thanks again 1585Rem.
