Just plain ol' BBF in a plain ol' cob with a plain ol' cup of coffee and is it plain ol' good.
Plain old reliable anything isn't a bad way to go. What is BBF? The other two plain olds I'm already plenty familiar with.
Having my bedtime pipe. Sir Walter Raleigh in my Missouri Meerschaum & a glass of New Belgium Somersault Summer Ale.
Boswell mild english in a 3/4 bent Boswell billiard
Prince Albert in a MM Cob with a glass of wine.
If what they say about Rewst is true, Big Brown Fart. Otherwise, Best Brown Flake.
Getting an early morning start with SWR, Cob, Coffee..
Continuing last evening's bowl of #24. Suffice to say, it's still good.
Good Morning PSF...
HH Vintage Syrian in my Hardcastles Extra. With some java on the side..
I must say I like this little pipe. I reveived it from my uncle, who is in his 80's. He stopped smoking and gave me some of his pipes over a year ago. I just started smoking this on. It's got the wrong stem however; it sure smokes great.
Bought small cigs (Meester Henk) from Shell. Old Dublin at my pocket but I must have lost pipe somewhere in front of my yard when I was searching car keys. No worries. Dr. Boston surely waits me there at home, in sunshine.
Last night was SWR in a CG with a glass of Merlot. This morning is SWR, Legend and strong black coffee.
FVF in a straight Digby billiard. Happy Friday everybody!
Chief Catoonah Virginia Flake #5 with my black coffee. I don’t know where the Chief gets his tobacco from. It looks like a McClelland clone but doesn’t taste like it at all. Plus there is no BBQ sauce aroma to it. Very nice Va sweetness & tang to it. He lists this as having a little Xanthi added to it. I assume that is an oriental tobacco. Fuller flavored than MacB Va #1. Thick flakes that rub out very coarse. It burns nice too. I will have to order some more!
Essence of Vermont in MM legend. 6C(42F) H=94%.
Paul, think you'd like GLPease
Embarcadero, if you like this one.
Has Ismir leaf, but I'll wager it's
4Noggins Weybridge in a Grabow Royal Duke
I’m still working on that local blend, Mint Julep (straightforward Virginia with just a touch of sweet Cavendish). I had another bowl in my Big Ben out on the patio last night as the sun set and the fireflies came out. Nothing better than a nice summer evening smoke.
LBF in a MM spool
You know, I have wanted to try Embarcadero for some time now but for some reason I always wind up getting something else instead. So many tobaccos to choose from! Lol! I will have to make a point of trying it.
Good morning everyone, SWR in a cob with hot black coffee on the side.
