Not to derail the thread, but where abouts in Jersey are you from? I'm right outside Princeton, trying to track down more tobacconists in the region.

4noggins Catamount in the Brigham Sportsman Rescue. This is like candy tobacco, but it's a nice change of pace once in a while, I guess. There is some nice tobacco flavour along with the cherry and vanilla.

Let me know how you like Black point. Just read the review and sounds like something I would like.

Wow! 91F and 89% humidity here. Have the answer to my question about humidity having an effect upon how a tobacco tastes and smokes. Connoisseurs Choice in a large IMP meerschaum is massive flavour. Not overpowering but you absolutely have to slow down even more than usual or it starts to get wet. Fortunately I left a tin of it here last time that had been opened so the tobacco was quite a bit drier than I normally keep it. My home made air conditioner has been working like a champ. Two radiators from F250s, one in the lake and one in the house, small low draw fan and 12 volt water pump driven by 4 solar panels that were garbage from an RV place.

Hi Sid! I am very interested in this blend due to the fact that my local tobacco dealer has it in stock. Would you care to tell me a little bit about flavour and stuff? Many thanks! :)

I'm through half a bowl. I like it, but so far I am not wowed. But just based on the first half bowl, I wouldn't listen to me either.

Parodi King. Got a big display pack of 10 packs of five from JR. They must have kept them in the humidor, cause they're all squishy and burning and drawing poorly. Hopefully some air time will get these smoking right :(

Oh well, I've been neglecting my pipes anyway! Back to the pipe as my primary method of smoking for at least a few days :)

About to be some Dark Flake on the porch in the rain. I was planning on smoking something latakia today but I am feeling Dark Flake.
