Caminetto dublin/calabash full of DH Navy Rolls. Packed wet, chunky, and recklessly.
Good long smoke for a good long day.

All these Bulldogs being smoked makes me happy. Peterson Connoisseurs Choice in a Peterson 80S(yes, that's a Bent Bulldog).
Frozen Gin and lots of crushed ice, an adult slurpee. Heading out for a quick paddle down the shore while it's still nice and calm. Think I should get a couple of those plastic pipe holders and glue them to the thwart of the canoe, since the thwart isn't good for much else. Like I'm really ever going to throw this canoe up on my shoulders again and carry it any where, ya right, in my dreams.

After spending the afternoon at my son's home brewing some summer wheat beer, settling in with my Imp meer and some C&D Afterhours from 6/07.
Going to grab one of my son's last batches of Scotch Ale now to go with it and chill in the gazebo and stare at the lake. Ahhhh

Irish Oak in a medium IMP meerschaum. Mint tea. Kingfishers are great. They fly less than a foot off the surface of the lake and just sing happily as they cruise. ( for all I know the bird is singing a funeral dirge, but it sounds happy to me).

Just finishing up a bowl of CB White (apologies to SouthBound) in the new Kaywoodie vintage - what a great little pipe! I have to say I was was a little concerned about the stinger, hearing that they were a gurgle looking for a place to happen etc. Not my experience all all, the smoke was dry and cool and all in all a great first bowl.
