Can't wait to read your post.
How come stick & rekamepip get cool names?
This is so easy after Wizard School
Big Brown Delivery Truck brought me a prize
now which do i smoke 1st
Goofy was supposed to be goofy, you aren't ergo Goofy's Revenge which IS cool!
Plus now we get to enjoy your beautiful stuff and great photography as well, the Signatory Series has put out some excellent single malts over the years!
Plumber gone and leak fixed. Basement will take about a week to dry out. Raining hard right now, which is not helping. But instead of the plumbing costing an entire bi-weekly pay check, it only cost a third of one. And I still have both arms and legs.
After the guy left, I loaded my mm Hardwood with Walnut. Walnut smokes very well in that pipe. Next pipe was a mm Diplomat packed with Mixture 965. That also works well.
Which model Peterson pipe is that?
Going to go stuff the tricked out Country Gentleman with some Grousemoor Bulk I got as a sample with 3 tins I purchased, 2 from 2006 and 1 from 1988.
I've been so busy writing a new thread in the Pipe Tobacco section, that I forgot to list what I am smoking: Edward G. Robinson's Pipe Blend in a 1982 black sandblasted paneled slight bend Savinelli flat bottom sitter. Watching the Braves-Mets game, which is scoreless in the 3rd. A can of Sprite is my drink.
Jhguthlac, it's a Sherlock Holmes Baskerville.
Thanks Mr.Fishnbanjo I blame you for everything !
67 vintage very nice!
Had a chance to
get a Port Ellen once,
but failed to do so much
to my chagrin
Taking a break, I'm Knackered, been a busy few days, hope I haven't missed much! Smoking PS Luxury Twist, and some good strong coffee, happy smoking.
Matt Harvey and the Mets are no-hitting the Braves, 2-0 in the 7th. I'm smoking the current Three Nuns tinned version in a 2003 medium bend straight grain Viggo Nielsen sitter with a Cumberland-like stem. Suzy must be interested in the game, because she's sitting in front of the TV, and watching, too.
Finishing off last nights Erinmore Flake in the Zulu, and contemplating mowing the lawn
ERR mixed with Uhle's 44 in a modified MM Washington with a Forever Stem.
Life is good in the hills. Got a pole barn built and part of a small cabin.
Carry on good folks.
Temperatures just start to drop a bit, so I'm finally going to smoke a pipe now. A few weeks ago I added a healthy dose of Blending Perique to Dan's Gold of Mysore, just to breathe some more life into it. Haven't smoked it yet, but I'm very curious about it and if it's been a good idea.
= PipeSimmo's first mix:
Wish me luck.
Good to see you surface again Lord Spill
Smoking more Carter Hall while continuing on the paper from last night. Miller High life on the side...don't judge me it was free
Definitely blowing a lot more smoke than i'm smoking right up my Professor's ass
Have to drive to Tupelo (an hour) tonight for class
