As I said, Salami looks like Strang 2.0. Totally different thing, the Salami is processed much finer and I don't think they are not really comparable to each other. Enjoy the Strang, hope you like it Sante!

Theres that low down dirty little HATER! Man oh Man! Was this old fart ever surprised today! It's something when one gets a lil Strange, err Strang. Thanks my friend, now i'm gonna be chinese-eyed for a few hours! I cut some to dry out and of course I had to try a lil bowl. Big mistake! I had something to eat before, but it didn't matter. Even tho it's so fresh, it kicked my old butt six ways to Christmas! Now I know where you live, if I can figure out your Deutsch Drehbuch, I will have to see how much Hate I can send your way! I don't care, the more hate the better! Thanks again! :gjob::toast:

And the Strang tide keeps rising! :hbang:

Smoking Heine's Blend (thanks, Rekamepip) in my Tom Howard pot dog. This pipe has become an instant favorite of mine. Big, hefty, thick-walled, perfectly drilled, great draw. Thanks, Kristina, for making this pipe available!

Lots of baseball games on tonight, and I'll be watching/listening to a few.

Now on to the serious stuff: Edward G. Robinson's Pipe Blend in a 1982 black sandblasted paneled slight bend Savinelli flat bottom sitter. A bottle of Pepsi made with pure cane sugar for my drink. More work to do, and more being mailed to me for tomorrow.

Well, it's one of those pipes that kind of defies the usual categories. Considering it from all angles and looking up pipe shape descriptions, it's probably more a Bull Moose than anything else - chubby, round shank, slightly bent. From the side, its profile looks like a pot. It's got the classic ring grooves of the bulldog around the top, but the curving top may be more Rhodesian than bulldog. From the angle I usually look at it, and with it's depth-to-width of bowl, I think of it as mainly a pot rather than a dog/Rhod/moose. But when it comes right down to it, I simply like the title "pot dog" for it better than anything else I could call it. :)

According to your description it's predestined for Strang smoking. :ngty:
