He was around when I first started lurking here, but gone by the time I joined. I'll have to search the silver chicken bit. Sounds like something you or yinyang would have pulled. :moon:

First bowl of Dunhill Flake ever in an old rounded MM Diplomat. Gotta give the Thanks to DeusExMachina as he has been hitting me with great samples of Virginias for awhile.
Well I ran out of tobacco all together this week and the stores by me don't really have much of selections, but they had one tin of this.

Good morning all. Stonehaven in Savinelli poker. I've bought a lot of Stonehaven over the past few years. The cut has changed. It used to be more dense, thicker cut and narrower. The taste is similar but I find the recent stuff to be not as moist out of the bag and the flavor to be not as rich. Just sayin...

Davidoff Flake Medallions in the Sixten is like a match made in heaven always a great smoke. Once I finished it and round 3 of strong and black in the large china mug it was time to make breakfast. Made a nice wrap on Lavash Flat Bread with wilted spinach, Asiago Cheese in the thin omelet with Himalayan Sea Salt freshly ground and several turns on the pepper mill and Italian seasonings, then wilted spinach with baby grapevine tomatoes topped with 3 y/o Raw Milk Cheddar. Now having a double espresso made with Cuban Coffee, thanks for Marker for turning me on to Cubita and I now have my own stash of 2 + lbs. :th1:

Good morning from a beautiful Delaware A.M. After yesterday's rain and high humidity, this is great. Temp in the low 60's right now. No humidity. Normal (for now) Irish Oak in a briar and CH in a cob, with tea on the side. Still trying to figure out how many days break my briars need in the high humidity. During the winter I gave them a day off. May need more now.

Ok, Ok! Shees! This one is a bi-color. It is my best lat pipe! It is actually blacker in person than the picture shows. For some reason the flash showed it pretty brown. :msty:

I am smoking Stonehaven from '09 & '10. I'll have to take a closer look at what I bought recently. I haven't smoked any of my newer batches yet. I hope it hasn't changed!
