I had a pipeful of Brit's Balkan in my Leonessa Briosa rusticated apple a little while ago. Now went and grabbed the Old Grand Dad's bourbon and started an MM straight Legend full of LNF. :drly:

Relaxing out in the garage, about to rain here. Got dark a bit early and sprinkling has started. Cooled down nicely, though.

Folded and stuffed a nice big flake of Orlik Golden Sliced in my POY Kaywoodie. I might have to start cellaring some of this.

The 100g tins are a steal from most sites. If you can find the free shipping link for Cigars International, you can get the 100g tins for $12 shipped...

finished the last of my Masai from Hu tobacco in Germany.
Tin Description: The Masai – a pleasantly sweet, mediumstrong blend. A basis of Honeydew Virginia ready rubbed is blended with strong Malawi Burley, dark-fired Kentucky and some Syrian Latakia. The result is a medium-strong mixture with the balanced sweetness of slightly smoky and chocolaty tones. The Masai – an interesting and perfectly balanced blend of spice and sweetness.
    Country of Origin: Germany
    Curing Group: Air Cured
    Contents:
    Kentucky
    Latakia
    Perique
    Cut: Broken Flake

I love the price of this stuff. Almost as much as the flavor. Thanks for the heads up on Cigars International.

Smoked a couple bowls of Half & Half in Bristol, VA in my Arlington pot and my Imported Briar billiard. I'm getting ready for another run to Freeport, PA in the morning. Could have sworn I had a pic of my Arlington pot, such a great smoker, but I don't. As such, I'll post the ol' Imported Briar again.

Onto some Perfection Plug Burley in a straight Legend, then some Sutliff Private Stock Bourbon Street in an MM bent Cherry Mountain Ozark hardwood. Finishing off some Brit's Balkan right now in the Leonessa Briosa. Brought some Carter Hall out here in the garage with me too. I've been drinking, so I'm really laying into the tobacco right now. More tobacco then I've smoked all week, right now.

Caught up! And crosseyed from doing so on the phone.
Camping in the Walmart parking lot in Kewanee, IL tonight as the Internet signal has been lacking lately at my usual Sunday road ranger in Princeton.

Annoying ancient clatterbellowing reefer followed me here today, and plans to sound the night harassing me I presume.

Gonna walk over to the edge of this parking lot and see what the Burger King has to tempt me with then off to bed after.

Finished the MM legend full of black lung while catching up, and will have another before passing out.

Where the heck is Jim? Lost in the catacombs?

How do you like that? I should have some here tomorrow. They sent me some 1072 instead of another burley I wanted. But after trying it in some different pipes, I liking it.

Ouch! Sorry to hear about the long exhausting Sunday, but glad to see you recuperating with a nice bowl of St Bernard.

Although it's not the same recipe as St Bruno, the two tobaccos look identical. It's on my TAD list once I get around to ordering from Dan Pipe. That, and about 200 other tobaccos :beyes:

OGS in a DH Diplomat ...

Hiya folks!! I'm finally able to take a breather from an extremely busy few days. I still have lots more to get done, and time is still going to be a premium, but I'll check in when I can. I know I can't possibly catch up on WAYS, but I'll try to see what's being said elsewhere. Thanks to FishnBanjo, I am smoking the 2000 year old ancient Three Nuns in a 2001 smooth full bend St. Patrick's Day Peterson 03. Good stuff!
