About to load the Viprati with some Dunhill Flake. Need to take my POY for another spin so pondering what will go in that later today. May try a VA/Per today...

MB Vanilla Cream, as expected was my first pre-lunch smoke. Then fired up some Mixture 965 while dishes soaked. After KP duties, smoked MB Cherry Ambrosia, which is a very infrequent choice, met my matches. Doubt if I will keep this in rotation. Need a cherry to replace it with. There is always Pallidin, I guess! (NOT!).

Today I was a fiend. Today I had not one, but TWO pipes, back to back. Both 2 different cobs. Smoked the same thing. H&H Classic Burley Kake in 2 MM Cobs along with 2 tall Arnold Palmers (For you yankee-land & across the pond types, that's 1/2 glass of iced tea & 1/2 a glass of lemonade in the same glass, aka: Swamp Water)

I was really Jonesin' for some burley & I've noticed I smoke Burley MORE aggressively than anything else. It was goooooood.....I'm happy now. That was a 2-alarm double-cob burley fix ;) I'm happy now ~

Brown Flake Scented in a Falcon straight billiard. My first bowl of the BFS and it was excellent, this style of flake burns really nicely for me rubbed out and still moist.

Yesterday was tornadoes to the north of me, hail to the south of me. Today the clouds are just building up and I couldn't give a flying fig since I'm really enjoying a full bowl of Princes Street in the BST christmas pipe while figuring out how to write a note telling an idiot that he's an idiot in such a way that he'll take it as a complement, and still pay me. 15C(59F)H55%

Burned another bowl of CH in the POY driving after work. At the pub now, taking advantage of happy hour enjoying frosty 25 oz. mugs of Black Bear Gear Head Red ale (how can you beat $3.00 for that?) and wishing you could still smoke inside. I'm thinking some Frog Morton for my Lat fix tonight, though I do have some Pirate Kake left. Been thinking about getting some pure Lat, just to try it--if PK is 70%, than 100% must be even better, no?

How are you liking the Dunbar?

I've been out all day, and as I was on the way home, the sky started pouring heavy rain. Yeesh! Well, I'm smoking Dunbar out of the same batch I sent FishnBanjo in a 1982 smooth straight Dunhill Root Briar 31051. Sounded like a good idea at the time! A bottle of Sprite is my drink.

    Dear (their name),
It has come to our attention that you have done some of your best work well rested, perhaps you need to take a few weeks off as the project you've been working on has a deadline coming up. Yours..... :whis:

I'll try what you send me next, I received an 8 oz pack I had purchased and the remnants of what did not fit in the jar ended up in a baggie I had not labeled so it's still rather moist and this will give me the opportunity to see what the difference, if any, is.
