For me it's a 50/50 mix of 40-year-old Syrian latakia and fresh Middleton's Cherry Blend, toked from a Charatan Crown Achievement with replacement Kaywoodie screw-in stem and a piece of hollowed-out cork where the mortise used to be.

In this disappointing place we call 'reality' though, it's just a bowl of MB Plumcake in a Bjarne Viking Pot.

Germain's Brown Flake (thank you jpberg) in a GBD New Era Billiard with a Square Shank. I was just about to give up on this pipe. It always started to gurgle a quarter of the way into a smoke. It didn't matter how I packed it or how much I put into it or how slow I smoked. I gave it one more try and drilled out the shank with an oversized drill bit and I also opened up the stem. Wow, what a difference. No more gurgle and it is smoking fantastic! Brown Flake tastes unbelievable in it too!:bing:
Now, how do I get more of this tobacco?

With the Keswick being a rounded tomatoe shape there's no way it's a sitter and needs a pipe rest, but Mrs Wicker noticed I perloined one of the candle holders :blah: [IMG]

So the Bear came up with something better, he said the baby really squawked
as he pulled it's Lambs wool moccasin off,
while it was in it's pram outside a shop

but needs must and the Keswick is all snuggly and warm :th1:

as I will be vey soon. Have a good night All

Dinner's running late, and I was going to smoke a small bowl of another blend, but I got the craving for FVF. So, I'll smoke what I can before dinner and finish afterwards in a much cherished smooth straight grain three quarter bend 1979 Becker M 4 heart pipe. Think I'll have a Mountain Dew, too. And going to listen to the World Baseball Classic, which starts at 9 pm.

Uhle's #00 in a new Refbjerg billiard. Just traded for this pipe about an hour ago, and I'm really pleased with it.

That's a very fine pipe indeed Wicker Man. My own portly chaps send their greetings ...

They get their own comfortable accommodations, insulated from the hurtful jibes made by their thinner, more fashionable cousins.

I was feeling a little aromatic, so I crammed a big ol' wad of Boswell's Best in a Patriot. Good choice.

Frenchy's SOB in a mid-70s slight bend black sandblasted English Rustic 120 billiard. This was what I was going to smoke earlier this evening before the FVF demanded my, uh, full attention.
