Finished up work. Enjoying an easy bowl of Trout Stream in my GBD African meer. Contemplating what to eat. Probably burger and beans.

Glad to be able to say I have THREE SHOPS, yes THREE, just like this in my city. The first shop opened is still in it's original location from 1874 downtown.
I'll have to take some pics sometime when I'm in there.

They do tell me about how all the good shops around the country have closed up. My shop here also blends tobacco for regulars and has their bags ready to pick up each week/month.

EDIT: Also guess I forgot to mention they are all 3 the same shop. Just three locations.

This place is a treasure. It's one of the very best things about living in Birmingham.

Believe me, I know how lucky I am. I cherish that place, and I always give them my business instead of buying online if I can help it. The only time I'll buy online is if there's something The Briary doesn't have, like certain bulk blends or a couple of tins. As you can see, they stock an extensive selection of tins, though. By the way, they still have Penzance in stock over there, if anyone wants some. Call them up, 205-942-9001.

Smoking more Classic Burley Kake, this time in a Northern Briars billiard. I'm falling in love with this tobacco. It tastes phenomenal, people compliment me on the smell all the time, and it smokes very cool and dry. I have smoking it constantly all day, and I haven't gotten a hint of bite.

Where do you live, if you don't mind my asking? A city with three Briary-caliber pipe shops is a city I'd like to visit.

Luxury Twist Flake spiked about 30% with Kendal Kentucky in a bent MM pride. Sweetwater Road Trip ale on the side. I haven't smoked anything yet that couldn't be improved with a little KK or Irish flake.

The car runs on pyramid power! The button to activate it is just underneath it on the dash, DON'T PRESS THE RED BUTTON!
