Afternoon all. Thoroughly cheesed off today - still waiting for my 3 new pipes that should have been here yesterday. A few flakes of snow and the mail goes to rats**t!
To console myself opened 2 new tins, Petersons Hyde Park & my last tin of McB ODF. Bowl of each in the Falcons - ODF/Plymouth & HP/Hyperbole.
The Hyde Park I just didn't like first time around - a few months later it seems better but won't be buying anymore. The ODF is wonderful stuff and *if* I can get more I sure will.

Started the day off in an unknown makers cob with Anni Kake, then on to the Irving Cobb with St. Bruno, the walkabout was with the Tsuge Tankard Anni Kake and the last smoke was with Newminster's Optimal Choice in a Dunhill Shell Prince!

Half way a bowl of Steven Books First Smoke of the Day (thanks FlatbushPaul) in a slight bend rusticated 1979 Savinelli Estella 310 poker. It's almost lunch time for kittens and humans here. Think I'll have a roast beef and cheese with chips. And a bottle of Dad's root beer.

Finishing up some Black Lung in the big Sav prince. Drinking black coffee. Trying to cudgel the brain into thinking up what the next bowl should be.

After long deliberation (thinking is slow in the norning) I came up with Lane 1Q in the DGE Blonde Chunky Elegancy. Deciding on pouring the next cup of coffee wasn't anywhere near as hard. :chug:

I shoulda brought the last of the Kickin Chicken with me. I need something to power me through the rest of the day. The rest of the EMP may just have to do! Going to smoke it in my car now!

Stonehaven (thanks Spillproof) in a slight bend 1968 group 4S Dunhill Shell 475 cherrywood. I have just enough left to fill a small bowl. I might just finish it off before day's end.

The McClelland Vinegar thread got my mouth watering for some Dark Star, so I popped the lid on a well aged tin I've had sitting around for a few years... a truly magnificent smoke in a billiard accompanied by a Lipton Green Tea Citrus drink...:th1:
